Brit here, we use a frankenstein system of measurements. Height is Feet, Food is grams, Drinks are millilitres/litres (unless it's milk or beer which is in pints). We drive in miles. We're moving from stones to kilos for weight but babies are still measured in lbs. Help
Canadian here. We use a mish-mash of metric and imperial due to neighbouring with the US. Pounds for body weight and goods, kilos and grams for food stuffs, kilometers for short distances, time for travel between communities, especially cities. We're not quite at freedom units, although we could probably measure things using moose, beavers, and hockey pucks as frames of reference. 🙂

You might also see home builders use Imperial system in construction and/or realtor listings. It is a little of a hybrid, to be certain, due to our proximity to the U.S. and the high level of trade goods flowing between both countries.
I just checked it, and the hull doesn't change the appearance. It used to be that way, but for some reason they got rid of the A-hull model and only used the B-hull model for both.
So you want to see the greatness of America in relation to wows? Our Museum ships. What other nation has what we have. 8 BBs. All Iowas. Massa. Alabama. NC. Super dread Texas. Salem. etc. Its crazy to me that we have eight bbs and everyone else scrapped their beautiful ships.
