Love these shots! Fantastic colors but even better compositions. As someone who loves shooting in rain, I’m still waiting to have the courage to take the M11 out in the rain. I don’t baby my gear at all, but Leica’s pretty vocal about the Ms not being weather sealed. Great to see the M6 was a champ!
Thank you so much man! Yeah I don’t know about the M11, would think they could handle a bit of rain. But it’s a lot different than the M6 of course with all of those electronics.
Dope video man; some really good shots in here. What would you say helps you get teh sharpness and avoid the overpowering grains you usually get on 35mm? is it the leica glass? the way its scanned? do you do some post editing?
Well, it’s not Leica glass but the Voigtlander Ultron 35mm really has a sharp look to it, it’s amazing! For scanning I use a DSLR method, that also really helps to get the detail down to the right point!
Great video! Really like all the shots especially your nighttime ones. What film did you use? I’m also curious what you were exposing for because your photos seem like near perfect exposures and I find fair scenes to be the hardest for me to expose.
Thank you! Yeah when the sun goes down the fair comes alive! I used Portra 800 shot at box speed. These scenes are hard to expose, I try to get a good middle ground between the highlights and midtones. So I meter for the highlights and if I’m able to, add a stop of extra light.
Fair in the rain creates such a vibe. Great decision to not go home, although I would have shit my pants in a rain like that with the M6 in hand😂 Lovely episode as always, keep it up!🙏🏼
The pics at night were awesome! The colours reflecting off the wet floor made them extra special in my opinion
Thank you! Yes I also think that! 😁
One of the best places to take photos ! All those lights, it’s always nice.
So true! Love to photograph there!

amazing scenes and colours. Love your dedication to capture even during those conditions.
Thank you! And yes, (almost) everything to get the shot 😁
Nice!!!
Thanks bro! 🙏🏼
Enjoyed the video and the music 😊
Thanks! Good to hear! 😎
Mooie resultaten, juist het donkere weer in combi met de felle lampjes geven een mooi contrast.
Thanks Bernd! Ja vind ik ook! 🙏🏼
