Bro salute to your bravery that you recorded the vodeo of that policeman. The dual standards of these policemen should be broadcasted live on national TV and their names should be flashed on public media so that their children would be taunted in class by their classmates that their father is a defaulter. Then when their own children will be shamed publicly, then these policemen will get a wake up call. However the points regarding the production and tax are definitely valid, and we all face same brunt as equals. The pay that we get is reduced to 50% purchasing power. That means if we pay 10 lakhs for a car, then we are only getting 5 lakhs of worth of product, the rest is a tax to government. I don't know whether the public will wake up or there will be a change, but Indian car modification industry is a comete underground and illegal industry at present.
Exactly brother .Thats y the new rule has come of banning 10 yr old diesel and 15 yr old petrol cars .A petrol taxi does 1 lakh kms in 2 yrs whereas a normal car would do that in approx 10 yrs .how age is criteria of banning is out of my head wheras it should be according to how much a car has run and how well is it maintained . It seems a fraud as they just want us to keep buying new cars so that their tax revenues can built up and automobile markets can flourish .Even middle class men slipping into poor category cuz of all this .
Such a shame to see these things still happening. We should have a flying squad to keep these guys in check. Sale/production of such items should definitely be banned to address this problem at its source.
