About 4/5 years back my friends brother was killed by the car at 11 pm in the no entry street. My friends brother was walking back home after closing his shop. He was left with 3 kids under 12 year .
Again the car driver was some son of top shot and the police asked the case to be rafa dafa... and no action was taken. The system itself was corrupt.

:) When legal system give decision based on VIP status of accused then this happens. Predetermined SC Judge gave bail to Kejariwal for election campaign based on his VIP status not based on merit of case .. today this is another ... and there are many like that sometime i feel it depends on nexus between judges and advocates .. rich people knows this nexus and uses their sources to utilize it using their money.
In cases of rape, murder, drunk driving , minors should be treated as Adults.

Juvenile should be amended to act as deterrence, and the police must be freed by law from the extra-constitutional control of politicians and turned into a professional force, answerable to the constitution, the courts and the citizenry.

Some of the provisions in the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 and it's amendments are deliberately provided so as to protect such heinous youths committing grave sexual and motor vehicle offences. People of India have to be united for repealing such provisions from the Act based on due provisions of the Constitution of India under Article 14 and 21.
