I took me years to really play gunvolt... I tryed a bunch of times and always quited because of the inumerous bullshit mechanics the game have... Like prevasion & reviving in a really op state that breaks the game... Then i discover that you can disable prevasion by removing your necklace, and restart from last check-poin when revived, and the game just turned to be a banger... I think many people will stay out of the game for the same reasons as i did
This just hits so hard in saying that despite achieving what you currently want (in Gunvolts case in the final level being revenge) there are some things that you can’t undo no matter how much you want to or how much the reality of it all hurts.
I have to agree with that. Honestly, I cried more over the ending of Azure Striker Gunvolt than Oneshot or PMD Explorers of darkness. It really flipped on the waterworks.
Ok To be honest this song playing in the credits like a year ago when I played the striker pack made me cry a bit especially cause it was Joule singing and not lumen but seeing the translation is just making me cry nonstop
Yeah joule was such a likeable character with how much you talk to her throughout the game and up to her body dies was definitely sad especially with how gv was affected and then with what happened in 2 I can see why he became so distraught that he became what he did in 3

Too late her body died in gv 1 her spirit fused with mytyl who she was originally part of and gv3 happens way in the future likely meaning everyone he knows is most likely dead if there are anymore games after 3 if shows where he disappeared too he will most likely never see them again except for image pulses but they aren’t sentient lumen was a special case gunvolt gets shafted hard each game poor man
i'm glad someone took the effort to make these videos but the romaji having extra syllables thrown in for a lot of them is very distracting. could be a lot better.
Tom Zhang it's explained when you play as Acura / Copen. She originally had the Diva / Muse ability so they used the remaining power to forcibly tear the power from Cyan / Joule and insert it in the mirror piece

Joule is a fake human/Glaive that was created to store the Diva power the Diva power belong to Mytyl Copen/Mytyl dad rip the Diva Septima from Mytyl, which is why she so sickly and her growth is stunt Zonda and Eden arrange so that Joule/Lumen get with in close range of Mytyl and causing the 2 of them to refuse back into 1 so what happen is that Joule/Mytyl is now 1 again, like they should be now, let see what sort of crazy pant is gonna kidnap her and use her power to super charge themself into god mode like the last 2 psycho cause it a pattern at this point
