I agree with people who condemn their begging. The English man was impressed by their English but hesitated to talk further when they asked for help. Lack of education was so prevalent in this way. This way going to school makes a difference not only speaking English

And I am Chef worked on cruise and land and have been more then 20 famous places worldwide. Some trust and groups begs for poor and needy people not like this.
