There was a Taiwanese chicken restaurant in the Philippines called "Chickenzilla" however they stopped operating due to the pandemic. I'm seriously obsessed with it, but I can't buy one now! I want to try to recreate their chicken instead as I'm in love with it! Thank you for sharing how to make authentic Taiwanese chicken! ❤️
