A new Parappa game based on rapping might not get too far, since most teenagers will see it as "lame," ESPECIALLY the ones that are used to Sony's combat games and the way better quality of graphics compared to PaRappa's flimsy and low-res world. If PaRappa DID make it to Smash somehow by sheer luck, the majority of people won't recognize him, especially since the people playing are all likely nintendo fanboys.
