I honestly agree with you Stay, Horizon feels a lot better than she used. The increased speed on her Gravity Lift makes her really feel like a true movement legend and not just a cheesy aggro pick to instabeam people while they have a hard time hitting you. Like with Pathfinder's Zipline and Octane's jump pad it makes sense that she doesn't have full accuracy on her rotation tool either, now it's actually on the same level as they are. She is also great in one way that not many people mention often, her running animation is so weird it makes it hard to tell where she's going tbh and her hitbox is very narrow, like she is tall but built like a stick. Which is actually a good thing in Apex lol.
Unfortunately, you're wrong. This video demonstrates her use as a movement legend, but that was clearly not what her intended use was. Her intended use was obviously to go at mach 20 while emptying a full clip into you with 100% accuracy - something that only true, highly skilled Horizon mains understand. Her ult is also useless now that it can't break the laws of physics and pull people through walls, she's D tier at best now
