Designing of MCC Panel

This tutorial video explains how to design MCC Panel using Panel draw software.
In the first part of this video, we have explained how to calculate Incomer switchgear current rating based on HP ratings of MCC Panel. Next we have used software to design Panel structure.

Presently this software is not available due to unknown reason.
However, you can use autocad to draw Panel drawing but then you will need dimensions of various components and basic knowledge of Panel designing

Why 4pole mccb when load using 3phase

It is Main Incomer of MCC Panel. 4 pole MCCB will have 3 phase and neutral connected to it. When switched to OFF condition, all the 3 phases along with neutral will get isolated.
