The fault line is attached to the barrier screen so the screen becomes the fault line. Just like I can stand on a fault line I can also hold/stand/lean on the screen. The way to stop this from happening is to have a gap between the fault line and the screen. Then it would be a penalty if touching the screen and firing. Its all about the stage designer’s intention
