12:43 The only thing that makes you angry is pride.
14:05 Pride is just nothing but being self-centered, and it doesn't matter if self thinks you're better than everybody else or self thinks you're worse than everybody else.
20:32 You may have never looked at it this way, but the only thing that makes you angry is the fact that you are so focused on yourself. You are so focused on what this person said or did to you.
