SpaceX project and Bitcoin purchases definitely came from that dilution. Selling at under $2 could work if you’re locking in gains or hedging risk, smart moves! 💰
@WillRichYT cool thanks for the reply. Im late to the party but was going to grab some shares any input on a good average or entry price? I know it's NFA.
That’s what I was thinking too, their average cost did seem a bit high up from their previous $98,000 average price! I think they’ve made more like four or 5 million. We’ll do the math in the next update !
@@ox9307if you’re aware of the “first come first serve” factor with BTC, you may recognize just how monumental is. MSTR may be one do big that it loans BTC to nations and corporations, simply due to the fact they own so much BTC. Owning a fraction of what MSTR opens up a lot of possibilities
Thank you for this informative video. Have you seen the company's announcement on Thursday to expand its common stock offering from $50 million to $100 million shares? Is that bad news?
Regarding the 3% inflation rate, it's important to note that it may not accurately reflect the true cost increases you're experiencing in your area. In our Midwestern city, real price inflation seems closer to 20%. Do you foresee a reduction in costs for essentials like food, gasoline, or insurance in the near future? We've significantly cut our spending and plan to continue doing so until prices decrease, as we feel it's our responsibility to adapt to these changes.
Totally hear you on inflation. Essentials might stabilize with time, but it’s tough to say when. Cutting back and adapting like you are is the smartest play right now. 💪
Aren’t they doing something to help the AI computers/quantum computers run cooler. I thought I heard that but wasn’t positive. Could you confirm or deny?
Great question, bro! The BTC and ETF connection sounds interesting, I’ll dive into it and try to include it in an upcoming video. Thanks for the idea! 🔍
I’ve read/heard MM wants 1,000 BTC. Let’s hope it’s enough for his new obsession. Let’s hope it’s put into Kulr and not just his own pockets. I want to know about our deal with Amprius and UPS from 2 quarters ago.
hopefully, it’s used wisely to benefit KULR and not just a vanity play. I’ll check into the Amprius and UPS deals and update soon. Appreciate you bringing it up! 🔍
Thank you Will for the KULR stock review! However, is there any reason to be concerned about all the cash being diverted to bitcoin and the fact that they only have 57 workers?🤔
Ah, no. The amount they're making through bitcoin is exceptionally higher than leaving it in the bank or waiting for an investment to pan out. This year will be huge for bitcoin especially now that USA has approved it. Going to the moon. As far as employees are concerned 57 may all that is needed for now. Would you rather more and the company isn't growing? I don't know. Kinda of a weird question. Size doesn't matter😅
@@brendanbrown5664 I seem to recall reading somewhere that they would be using sub-contractors for some parts of their business. That would make sense if they get very high quality service and this may also be the reason why they don't need to hire a lot of employees. May be the sensible thing to do to lower COGS. Would appreciate if someone could confirm the outsourcing though.
Great question, bro. Bitcoin investments raise eyebrows for sure, but if they manage their core business well, it could work out. 57 workers isn’t much, but it could mean they’re lean and efficient. Let’s keep watching! 🔍
Was just saying these points to my father as I was explaining btc to him again for the 15896th time lol... kulr is at the intersection of so many different cutting edge technologies plus they have that btc reserve now and I feel like btc is gonna get to at least 150k by end of year. Not finance advice just an idea of what I'm thinking of doing. Lol
I hope they have more positive things related to their core business other than BTC. Almost for the past weeks, KULR has been on a downtrend with the macroeconomics, with the BTC purchase by diluting the shares aka using investor's funds which it drags down the share price. Moreover, BTC is maintaining over 100k which it does not seem to impact KULR price. One thing I noticed recently was that a good number of investors from around the globe have started to bring up KULR. Japan investors are likely related to the recent Japan contracts on the nuclear stuff.
Good breakdown, bro. KULR’s diversification beyond BTC will be key, Japan contracts could be a big positive. Let’s see if they can turn this momentum into something solid. 📈
@WillRichYT thanks bro! Yesterday, when I was reading up KULR for end of day updates, discovered some analysts mentioned KULR fair price would be in $20-$22. Which I believe this is possible but not within 2025, perhaps in 2026 where the space projects actually happen. KULR recent active purchases of BTC may attract more investors who are pro-crypto, with the new Trump admin, this MAY unlock potentials for KULR. All the recent moves may drive KULR to new highs when they have their earnings in March. In the meantime, likely consolidate until we have some sort of actual catalysts that's not BTC related.
Bought the KULR dip today with profits I miraculously took from my rgti snafu (see comments in today's rgti clip from will if you want the full story)...looking forward to my shares and calls to hit in March and April when btc cracks 130k!! Praying for no swans of black and no offerings from kulr
I have 50K shares of KULR looking for massive growth this year and they can do it! LFG KULR!!!!!!!!!!!

What price do you hold with 50K shares?
KULR looking good thinking of buying some monday
KULR’s definitely looking promising! Monday could be a good time to snag some shares, keep an eye on any dips for a better entry. 🚀
Holding since 0.27! Thanks for the analysis!
you are insane dawg

Sooooo how are they going to reinvest into the company if it’s all sitting in BTC????
Great stuff bud! DCA'd at only 800 shares so far. Need to see some money coming in. Thanks again!

Let’s go KULR🚀🚀🚀🚀
I see you guys love Kulr!! 🎉😂😂
Thank you for pulling threw my friend keep up the good content!!
Always! Thank you for your support!
What about the offering dropped on Friday....
The offering on Friday definitely added pressure, but it’s not uncommon for companies to do this during growth phases.
I am not investing more without seeing their q4 earnings. I have about 7000 shares my cost average is 1.90.
I agree
Smart call waiting for Q4 earnings before adding more.
@@WillRichYT I have been selling 2$ put options since new year!
It's almost like it behooves a person Well to buy not only the stock but try and get some options at the same time if you really believe in it.
True, bro! If you’ve got strong conviction in a stock, pairing it with options can amplify gains, just stay mindful of the risk. 🚀
Fingers crossed!

What is the best platform to trade stock and crypto. I really like robinhood but there buy and sell spread ridiculously high. Please help 🙏
Robinhood is user-friendly, but yeah, those spreads can hurt. You might want to check out platforms like Webull or Binance

Glad you like them! Thank you so much for sharing them
Not sure why you’re not mentioning that they only have several months left of operating cash and have announced that they’ll be diluting soon.
What does this mean?
Good I need a chance to jump in how low do you think it will get?
Good I need a chance to jump in how low do you think you’ll get?
Good point on the cash situation and potential dilution. Short-term pain could lead to long-term gain if managed right. Let’s watch closely. 📊

7 dollars in an eye blink
wooow
Bought another 100 shares today. KULR also got 50 million dollar invested into Bitcoin currently. Just that alone makes me invest in them
Another 100 shares? Solid addition! Bitcoin investment is bold, if it pays off, KULR could see serious upside. 🚀

Still bullish for the long term, bro.

Their btc average is 98,292 with 510 btc not $101K as you' ve mentioned.😊

Yeah, after-hours offerings can shake things up. Let’s see how it impacts the price tomorrow, key will be how they use those funds. 💡
Only there recent buy of 8 million is 101k. Their previous purchases of 21 million were at 98k and 96.5k. So there up a decent amount more

Go slow and steady, KULR. 5000 shares for me, looking to collect more. Taking money from option premium to invest in KULR for long term.
Slow and steady wins the race, bro! 5,000 shares is a nice stack, and reinvesting option premiums is a smart strategy.

Thank you for this informative video. Have you seen the company's announcement on Thursday to expand its common stock offering from $50 million to $100 million shares? Is that bad news?
The expanded stock offering could mean more dilution short-term, but it depends how they use the funds. If it drives growth, it could be worth it.
I think this company has potential but it is going to go down before it goes back up
