bro i spawned 2 mirage under 1 hour in private server
My strategy to find mirage quickly and avoid fighting sea events excluding terror shark is use miracle and get a friend to get in the second seat then you avoid every sea event but make sure you both have awk magma to fight terror when it spawns all you have to do to fight it is sky camp and spam abilities and make sure the driver jumps out of the boat last so they can move the boat somewhere else safely

My suggestion is get 2 people for mirage and both a fast ship then if terror shark spawns it will focus on 1 ship giving time to escape and the other person to jump on the first boat.
If your on a private server i recommended searchinf mirage the morning before full moon just like you try to get kitsune shrine
MASSIVE TIP FOR YALL if you use portal v during any sea event like any even rough sea it'll despawn it every body you with must be in portal v tho

Well even tho i found mirage before update 20 i went mirage hunting just for desler to find dragon in stock but what ive realized is that if ur mirsge hunting in update 20 dont mirage hunt with more than one freind bc its lowers ur chances bc i went mirsge hunting with like 5 people and we found mirage at dnager 6
Mirage dont have a spawn cooldown its just rare you can always get 3 mirage spawns near each other sometimes even though rarely but still it a PROFF that mirage dont have a cool down
Other thing is just aimlessly roam around do some mat hunts and stuff while on a boat dont expect it to spawn immediately just take your time and have fun.
if you started an private server will it spawn? cuz i have been on my ps for 1 hour and still no mirage

Guys to stop sea events u need to use portal V when there is a sea events after a bit get out V move and there will be no sea events

Also in danger LVL 6 if trying blue gear from mirage island at night you barely see anything and the island will probably despawn before you find the top

Worked so well that it spawned 10 minutes before full moon and I couldn’t get blue gear
You prob already know, but due to phrasing I would like to clarify that you can find the gear at any moon instead of just full moon. So don’t narrow down your choices!

I barely found mirage before I got V4. Now after getting V4. I get 2-3 mirage to spawn for a day hunting sea beasts. I just realize the higher the danger level the more likely it is to spawn. If yall ever get to problems facing terrorsharks or ship raids. Just use Portal Dimentional Rift to dispawn them.

Bruh I always find mirage when I went out to collect some materials from sea monsters to create Beast Hunter
here’s my tips first get 3 people then STAY IN 4 then drive side to side so you stay in four and doge sea events lastly go when the sun is going to set soon then it will be night and its spawn faster at night
I'm a true testimony in finding mirage and getting blue gear it was frustrating and at times I felt like giving up but i kept at it until mirage spawned and I resonated my mirror fractal and even though its dark i searched under the tree and i found the blue gear in s corner but I didn't turn on fast mode because it would not have glowed and made it harder.
Also make sure to do sealed king quest after defeating rip_indtra

i tried it at level 4 first but i couldnt get it after 2 hours and when i went to level 5 i got it in 10 minutes

Guys mind it mirage will spawn at level 6 because. For getting gear i came at tiki so i saw a huge boat i headed to lvl 4 and i saw someone with sentinal gampeass boat heading so i joined him when we hit lvl 6 mirage spawn it was very dark. I on fast mode and found thr gear within 3-5 minutes

If u want to find mirage easily use portal
Bcoz if a terrorshark or sea beast use portal V and wait a couple times then get out of the domain so the sea events will be gone. That is all

Actually you don't need to switch servers i found mirage 3 times in the same server! It was super crazy but they were about 20-30 minutes apart

What I really do is just go to level 6 and search for haunted shipwrecks until mirage spawns cause I got haunted shipwreck and mirage island at the same time
If yall doing sea event and and terror shark come on invited used portal v when you close the domain any sea event will disappear

i went to hunt mirage with the whole server and it spawned immediately then we spawned gear ad found it but bc the whole server was going to the same location where gear was i crashed before i could get to it lol

Make sure that you’re at the highest point of the island. Stare at the moon and activate ur race skill.

well my best strategy here is to use the miracle boat with portal fruit, when terror spawn i can easily used v skill to avoid and erased the terror shark so i can still continue, but the negative effects here is it always spawn at 10k

Yeah i spawned it two times simultaneously on a single private server.....it's doesn't have any cooldown fr...just some extreme luck

i don't think it will spawn longer if you joined in a new server, I found mirage in just 20 mins joining a new private server. that likely means its not like God's chalice where u need to wait hours then a chance of it spawning will be higher.

and again I dont think it really takes time for another mirage to spawn, because one time when my (buddha) friend did his blue gear quest, he decided to continue sb hunting he accidentally found another mirage. so basically he just found 2 mirage in 20 mins.
