all terrain tyres like Yokohama geolanders would do the trick for duster.
The duster was almost about to cross with the ESP off but he cut off throttle input at the top it seems. I really wanted duster to cross xD

sir,how does ESP and hill assist affect the off-road capability of a SUV crossing obstacles like in this video
On an incline Hill Hold keeps the brakes engaged for a short duration after clutch is released, allowing for smoother starts and no need to use handbrake when starting on incline.
ESP has different version available in different cars, the one here on Duster does not have brake traction control also called Active traction control, just the engine traction control. When the ESP system detects excessive wheelspin, it cuts down the engine power which is not desired in such a offroad climb.
Hi Anshuman. I must say you are encouraging many ppl as to how drive SUV in critical conditions. My Q to you is why don't you use Creta for offroading, I know it's 2 wheel drive with power in the front tyres. But I really want to see the capability.
2wd cars are not meant to be used offroad, we cannot drive for 2 minutes and then spend another 20 to recover it. 2wd has no capability for offroad use.

I think duster is a bit overrated for what it is but really nice video.
Not really. It is quite capable car for a crossover, just bit overpriced.
These Apollo ht/s are not useful in sand.
This climb does not require any special tyres, see how smoothly other cars with H/T tyres climbed inlcuding Thar and Storme. Initially ESP was cutting down the power and driver was hesitant, no issues with tyres or the car. This was an easy climb.
