Making The Cut - Barber Reality Show - Episode 1

- Three aspiring barbers compete for their chance to attend Barber College at the Bay Area Hair Institute with a FULL scholarship. The host Anton Cura, Owner of Attention to Detail Barber Gallery delves deep into the lives of the contestants to find out their struggles, hurdles, and passion for barbering and perhaps making the cut to go to Barber College with a Full Scholarship worth close to $10,000. The show will also focus on lives the Judges - Vick "The Barber" Damone, Owner of Timeless Barbers Barbershop, Shane Nesbitt, Owner of Shane's Barbershop and Shave Parlor, and Derrick "Deerock" Pecson, Owner of Black and Gold Barber Lounge. You will get to see how they struggled through college, earn their licenses, and how they "Made the Cut" as barbers in the industry. They will give and pass on that knowledge to the audience and especially to the the contestants - Paul Mogannam Jr., Anthony Aujero, and Daniel Porter who will need all the advice and tips they could get to be able to make the cut. Its a show about inspiration, determination, passion, and chasing your dreams in spite of adversity.

Do you have a cosmetology or hairdressing version, more like stylist for Salons ?
Why can't any good barber's have shops in the town we live in? For my son to get a good haircut we wait till a visit to the Bay Area is planned and go to 1 of the shops in Fremont or San Jose. Because the last guy where we live that cut my sons hair scalped the shit out of him. It was so bad that when he took the straight edge blade to widen his part he cut the shit out of him. From front to back he had a scab the same length & width as his part was. That man never should have been cutting hair as far as I am concerned. So any barber's want to open a shop in Redding Ca. I guarantee you will have a line out the door of customers.
