I'm so glad I bumped into your channel. Nice vids, music that doesn't disturbs during the watching, no bullshitting around, simple, yet informative commentary. You, good Sir, got yourself a new subscriber :)
I get 100's of comments a day across 100's of videos and can't keep up with everyone and as far as I know and as many definitions of Commentary will say it can be written or spoken so the OP is not wrong
@@SimFarmer i actually love it, all business and no banter. These playlist made me buy the game and i have never played a FS or dont know anything about farming but i am hooked! Coming from Elden Ring and i can't believe i am saying this, but this game has to be one of the best games ever made!
Nothing better in the morning than coffee time and notofication about new NML video:) loved how you plowed each corner of the field in detail instead of using tools. Cant wait for the next one, keep up the good work and have fun in the process!
Thank you for posting great content. I enjoy watching the NML series as I am currently working on that map. Love the music and your expertise in this game.
New sub here. Just wanted to say good job! Your channel is awesome and your channel has the best FS content I ran into so far. Thank you for the entertainment.
I really enjoyed how straight the lines are, and how the machinery is operated looks like by someone very experienced. also, what input device do you use, and how do you record the timelapses the way you do?
I just watched 2 of these videos back to back thinking about what if say to a nasty comment even though I would not actually do it this is really good content for watching or just in background while doing what ever it's very weird what a brain can come up with while eating no man's land videos
I know I'm late to the party but I just had to say how satisfying your videos are to watch and I have started my own run on no man's land thanks to you! I am fairly new to the game but I started with an old pick up and £5000. No loan and on normal economy for now as I'm still learning how everything works properly but I'm learning a lot from you. One question though, when ever I plow my fields I only get tiny pebbles coming to the surface I've never seen any larger rocks like you had in yours, is there any reason for this or am I just lucky? Not complaining just curious. Thank you again for the awesome content!
Not yet, main reason was due to the time of year there's not many options of what can be planted to harvest the sane year and out if what could be soybeans is the only one that can be planted with the seed drill and harvested with a grain header so I don't need to buy two headers and a planter
I was trying something out as using the power harrow on a plowed field sets the field to seed bed status which I wanted to see if that helped increase yield rather than just sow into a plowed field which I now know doesn't make any difference
Hi sim farmer I've been watching u for a long time and I had a question did u have to place that sawmill from the first episode of this fs 22 series or did it automatically spawn in with the map? If u could find time to answer this question that would be amazingly appreciated
It's the Bio mass heating plant from the selling points in build mode that I pre placed there before recording, the updated version of the map has a log sell point at the blue container near the store now so you don't need to place one to be able to sell then now
@@SimFarmer thank you and as always love the video you've gotten me through 3 friends deaths do to covid and now my father has covid and he isn't doing so well right now so thank you very much and God bless 🙏
Played no mans land and it takes ages ro create rhe fields. Pity it cant go easier. And used small plow dor the edges and bigger for inside, then it creates multiple fields so not 1 clear field. so be careful there. Cant seem to fix it. Should be easier i think
As I mainly do time-lapse videos I find the constant jumping in and out of vehicles to attach equipment doesn't look good sped up and can often just be a blur which doesn't really add anything to the video so I don't use it
i don't understand from where this " use roller " thing came...here in our parts none practice this and is not even realistic , i'm sure no one does like it is suppose to happen in game. Who in real agriculture life use roller after a sowed field ? w t f . Who plant seed then use tractors and other tools over a planted filed ???????
where I live it is used to create a smoother surface of the ground so as to make the water flow better and avoid stagnation and also to better fix the seed to the ground .. it is generally used on wheat and barley because they are sown in seasons that are normally very rainy .. even in some cases it is passed about a month after the germination of the crop

Can we all take a moment to appreciate how long it actually takes to plow in those fields with that tiny plow
and the power harrow
I'm jealous how straight your plow lines are.
Use the compass in the map bottom left. Will help with workers if you use them too.
This has to be the best FS playlist of all time. Real life farmers would appreciate this forreal!

congratulations for your patience, it is difficult to create fields with such a small plow
Love watching the videos. Watched all of Elmcreek and onto this. Even sped up, I have learned a lot about the game. Gained a subscriber.
doing all of this without helpers, you really are a maniac. Love the content!

Excellent video sim, nice placement for the 3 new fields, ideal to be all joined into 1 as the farm grows
You got yourself a new subscriber your vids are truly amazing i watch them on loop all the time
The farm’s getting beautiful every second 😍

I love both your videos and the songs that come with

in fs22 cant at all drive straight you are crazy how you drive nice vid btw
I played this map starting with just a pickup and a chainsaw. It was fun, it’s more real than the other maps.
hi, tell me what mod do you use during 2:55 when you remove trees?
Lumberjack mod

Hey sim whats up I
was on you live last night
My toxic trait is thinking I can do this all by myself. Playing with real time and 28 day month 😅
Hi sim good to see you
Great vid Sim 👍🏻 finally the first crop are on the ground..why soybeans? Are you planning to have pigs?

Great vid, I have the same problem, when you cut the grass its shows as first stage fertilized, makes the map look messy IMHO.
Yeah it does
someone will explain to me how this camera is made ??
it's done on a multiplayer game using two PC's one for recording and the other for doing the work
@@SimFarmer thanks :)
What's the difference between all the cultivators? Harrow/Power/Disc/Subsoiler?
Very great videos, :D maybe it will be nice if you can link the mods that u use?
What are the rollers supposed to do for the crop
They increase the yield slightly when you harvest
How do you manage to drive so straight 😢
Newbie question here!!
How you can do those perfect straight lines??
Btw i have idea for stones you can get lime factory that use stones to make free lime
Exactly what i was thinking
What's the point of using the power harrow isn't the ground plowed?
I was trying something out as using the power harrow on a plowed field sets the field to seed bed status which I wanted to see if that helped increase yield rather than just sow into a plowed field which I now know doesn't make any difference
yeah my savegame is me with some basic equipment, an 18 hp tractor, and a 2 furrow .5m plow, how's your day going?
How did you do the sky view while plowing? That’s a really cool look
It's done on a multiplayer game using two PC's one for recording while I do the work on the other one
@@SimFarmer oh gotcha, that's kinda what I was thinking but didn't know if there was an easier way

How do you drive in such straights lines 😭 i am try harding for it and i am still failing
Use the compass in the map
Why you dont use GPS guidance strering mod?
Because it costs money to install on the tractors and I would rather spend that on other things that will be more beneficial
Hey! Do you use a controller or joystick?

How did your lines so perfect without gps mod?
On the map bottom right you can line yourself up to a certain degree facing lets say 0, 90, 180, 270 degrees

I was rolling fields until I looked up the bonus..... Hardly worth 2.5% higher yield
Yeah they could do with increasing that as it hardly seem worth doing

It's common practice in the UK but not after all crops though as the game requires for the full boost to yield
Just cause where you live doesn’t do it doesn’t mean other places donyy

A lot of farmers roll their land actually. Just go watch some of the farmtubers like Millenial Farmer or Mike Mitchell.
