15:53 "Ajax is taking so many shots." He's a big beefy boy, so I am sure he can hold his liquor, though maybe you should have a talk about it with him considering he's on the battlefield.
I am totally getting this, want to support CA's whole "give the game away" thing and the price isn't unreasonable. Also put you in as a creator as I didn't even see this without your video. Great videos!
I really like Troy, I wish they'd add the various resources thing to other total wars, I think it makes the campaign gameplay far more interesting. Plus the battle maps... *Chef kiss*
Decided to watch this since it's from MA and I don't normally watch other total war games outside of TW. Holy shit why don't we have that diplomacy screen in Warhmmer 2? Do the devs at CA not share ideas with each other? >:L
I'm sure they do, but I think they have to decide how many resources to put to various aspects of the game, I like to think that each game cherry picks aspects of the previous iterations that work and carry them through if it's suitable for the game they want to make.
Warhammer might be the only TW where a good diplomacy system is ... not really that important. It would only be really useful for Order-Factions I guess...nobody negotiates with Chaos, Skaen, Beastmen, Norsca, Orcs, D-Elves or Dwarves - all those evil factions ...
I really love Troy, but I realise that it's not for everyone. I think if you like the older historical total wars you'll like it, if you prefer Warhammer you'll probably find it a bit bland.
@@MonstersAbound I started total war games way back when I was 10 or so with Rome total war. Played Rome two. And then I fell in love with the Warhammer games. This looks very well made though. Thank you for the reply!
Hello, I like your cinematic battles. Althou there is unnecesary tooltip switched on, when you mouse over unit, it gives two windows of tooltip, first is the unit status, second is an explanation what bars mean. The second one is optional and can be turned off in the menu. For the cinematic experience, Can you ? thanks. I just subed you cahnnel. See you.

Eh... He seems like a high functioning alcoholic, so it's probably fiiiiiine...
Not gonna lie, the first time I saw the Minotaur unit in this game, I thought the developers were making fun of the Beastmen.
Woo very happy you are doing this campaign hope you complete it! :D
I aim too! Depending on Hector's Chosen :p
Yes the jam man's back in troy. Love your battle edits, looking forward to this.

Haha thank you very much!
So Ajax is the bear of the acheans. Big, hairy, burly, but with a really sensitive side.
Exactly... And maybe a little overdramatic...
Ajax = Pre-Count Noctilus + Longer beard + on steroids
Noctilus wishes he could go shirtless like Ajax can!
ajax is the polish dish soap:)
Wow, these battles went great! how does Ajax counter Pheonix units though? XD
Print really well but it would be like an immovable object meeting an unstoppable force... Just endless battle forever.
heyo
Ah the salamis spearmen, not too different from the chorizos spearmen.
Delicious when dipped in chocolate?
Like this first part allready! Shield Bros FTW! 😉
Be mindful of Athen's allies before declaring war
Have no fear, I do the Ajax test before I declare war, if the number of Ajax's I have is greater than that of my enemies, it's safe to declare war.
Totally forgot this Game existed.

You arent the only one
Will you play the Amazon one
I've played some of the horde Amazon faction and they're fun if... Not particularly interesting to watch imo, but I love the upgrade system they have.
He big he burly he hairy OwO

Have CA nerfed Hector? or is he still OP to fight against?
Hector himself or his units?
both?
Hector was an easy smush for Ajax, I've not had a chance to tangle with his chosen yet
Is it safe to say the Ajax Wall is the "anvil" and the Ajax Companions are the "hammer?"
Sounds about right! While your slingers and archers rain fire down from above
Would you recommend playing this?

Please, MA. It's called "Renown", not "Renowned". Renowned is someone who has renown.
I think you'll find it's pronounced renownededingtonshire.
@@MonstersAbound Then I expect you to henceforth call them "Regiments of Renownededingtonshire"
I promise nothing! It'll be less disappointing that way.

Thanks, I'll check on the tooltip.
Like it!
But... this... this isn't Warhammer unless is Ajax a new faction?
He's the big burly hairy chest faction, best faction.
compared to total war rome 2 this game in animations suck XD
Yeah but compared to the animations in Total War Warhammer they're miles better, so it evens out.
@@joaogomes9405 well its more new than rome 2. LOL wait for rome 3
