Looks great, im having trouble with mine. F3 error code, cu200 is good as I've tried my never used spare unit to verify the same code. It sure would be nice to see a video on troubleshooting the pump with a volt meter or an easy place to get a motor rebuild kit.

F3 is no communication to pump. I have had trouble with motor leads giving water ingress causing this fault. Or faulty Cu200, but i have found its usually the first instance unfortunately

Also can't merger test pump for internal faults like a 4" motor unfortunately. Usually the plastic end cap and small gasket is the problem. Or corroded motor pins

Hi, the F3 faulty means that the communication between CU and the motor is broken. It can be water into the cable, and due to that, a damage to the electronics inside the motor can occur. It is not possible to meg the motor due to the electronics inside the motor. We recommend that you take contact to the nearest Grundfos service center, for further assistance: gfos.ly/6050pqSQe. Kind regards, Sabrina.

Does Grundfos offer a wire harness solution to the water ingress in the wiring problem? I'm also trying to find another pump that will push 400ft using 120v and I'm not having much luck of finding one. The 6sqflex 3 is using 120v, but I'd rather have a less complicated motor in the well so it's less likely to fail. I could run a 120v pump motor with an inverter in the pump house.
