The first Large - 4 Storey Full Scale mall in Bicol is the Gaisano Pacific Mall in Legazpi (larger than the elegant Ayala Mall). Gaisano Pacific Mall opened in the year 1999-2000 and has the same length with SM legazpi ....the first 8 storey building w/ 4 floors mall with escalators and elevators is the LCC legazpi which opened in 1990s......among cities im bicol, legazpi is currently the largest city in Bicol with highest income/revenuea

We also observed that malls in Bicol region are not that crowded, except for SM Naga 😆
