Happy 2nd flossiversary, Sarah! Two years ago, I was a relaxed stitcher, unfamiliar with you and your magical laundry baskets. Now, on a regular basis, I face defiant dangling threads (you can just see they have attitude), mini patterns on maxi fabrics, Santas and animals who don’t believe in underwear or even pants, cows with 3 legs (thank goodness the vet had a prosthetic!), and numerous other incidents that inflame the eyeballs and get one afflutter. Yet seeing you regularly has brought me joy and enriched my life, and I’m so glad I got to meet you in person. So, here’s to many more years of friendship and flosstubes.
Now, let’s start with the most important things - Yay to Eva and her stable cervix; long may it reign! I will keep her, David and your whole family in my thoughts. Yay to Mira, her dotting turned out beautifully. And yay to Vince for his love of sand lol. If I get near a beach again, I will have to try some of his moves … minus, the eating of it though.
Your finishes are lovely. Christmas Rose is a beautiful tribute to your mom. Also love your tribute to Chester and the project bag you’ve made for it. It’s very touching that you’ve put his dog tag on the zip pull. You’re off to a great start on Florence Mary Dickson. Such a pretty pattern, and cute bird, perhaps a relative of Percy’s. It's a good thing though, as someone needs to keep beverage suppliers in business, so you're doing your part for the economy. I wouldn't dare read the first paragraph and have you sniffle into your fabric; seems much of what you use is overdyed, so not colourfast, and then you'd have a big reason to cry. So no tears, but lots of good wishes instead 🥰

Hi Sarah❤ happy flossaversary as we spoke so thankful Eva is still doing fine. My daughter messaged me today with name choices since they now know the sex and that everything is okay. And she and I have been looking at stockings for me to start. All your shares are great! Lot of talent out there! Oh Mira’s dot project is really amazing. I cried such happy thankful tears when I saw Lisa,post-and her flosstube. So vibrant and healthy looking. I will have to go search the bifocal stitcher. wow Christmas rose is finished. Hi Sarah - Happy 2nd flossaversary. Goodie for Eva - many good thoughts to her. So glad you spoke out about the right to ask questions of your doctor. I am a Registered Nurse so I am not shy with my doctors. I have even bullied them sometimes into doing what I think should be done. Of course I was right - at least so far. But if I turn out to be wrong in future, I don't care. I will then have peace of mind. By the way, your colours today in your top are really attractive on you. Not that you ever wear colours that don't suit you, but I thought these were particularly nice.

Happy two year Flossaversary. Thank you for brightening up a stressful day. I’m so happy Eva is doing well with her pregnancy. I went through a scary few weeks when pregnant with my second son, who in the end, was fine. So I totally understand what you all are going through. Anna is beautiful and amazing. I wouldn’t have the first clue about how to go about creating something like her. And your little guy covered with sand is so cute. When he started eating sand I had to laugh. My second son did exactly the same thing. Such memories. Have a good two weeks and happy stitching.
