The rubber gasket is to hold your small tool kit securely, looks like someone snatched your kit.

In my Kawasakis the rubber gasket is for fixing the tool set. Maybe that helps.

I had more video's planned but I run multiple other TH-cam channels and I didn't feel like making more videos about it. I have been relaxing last couple weeks not pushing the channel and listening to my mental health. I had a once in a lifetime experience thanks to BMW flying me to Berlin for the world premiere.
