Thanks for the video. How do you replace the pads; are they to be cut off?
The wire pulls out from the pad. There is a connector at the base of the pad. Each set of pads has it's own female receptacle to receive the pin at the end of the wire that comes out of the TENS unit. You don't have to cut anything.
