I'm actually uploading a 3+ min. video. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!? Beause really, I cannot.
I've been wanting to do something with this song for God knows how long. I love it so much! I've fallen madly in love with the band, The Afters, and their music. And I really couldn't make myself cut the song so in the end I decided to make it a full length video.
I've been working on it since last week. It doesn't quite look like anything I've done before but I really enjoyed making it. Raw editing isn't usually my thing but I wanted to try it out (at least this is as raw as it gets for me hahah!) I have been abusing the pancrop tool a little too much. I was aiming to get a deeper meaning out of this instead of overdoing it with effects and pretty colors and sparkles whatsoever.
Also I think I might have used over 20 hours trying to export this in the right format and quality and at some point I was ready to throw my computer out the window.

I just love this.. When I saw it yesterday I was amazed. You should have won IT ALL. The song, the video.. everything. It makes me happy. You did a great job!!

See...? This is why you are one of my biggest inspirations in editing... I can barely pay attention to raw-ish full AMVs but when it's you... it's just so different! You encourage me to keep on editing ♥
I usually don't watch AMVs because I was shown a lot of terrible ones first, but I was linked to this one and was told it was amazing. Glad I followed that link.
Also, I recognized most of these, I need to know the anime with those two blonde boys and the anime with the dirty blonde girl with the flower pins in her hair.
Seen this video sooooo many times my mind is still blown.

Absolutely beautiful and this song is well matched for it (Light up the Sky is also the theme for last month in my church lol) but really this brought me to tears LOL :')
