I really hope they can get this off the ground government have been running rental trials across the uk for 4 years now and theyre still not legal the government really need to pull their finger out it makes no sense they have scooter racing event but everyday public cant use e scooters for their everyday commute this guy really got it spot on 2:04 - 2:15

The problem is cars. The solution is to get rid of the cars. People love to over-complicate it.
