Just received mine today, thanks for the easy to follow video. waiting for the gas attachment . can't wait for your next video making a pizza. i am also getting the updated door. i want to have both because i am not just making pizza in the oven .
Thank you for the video, helped put mine together because it didn’t come with directions as it was bought off eBay as damaged box. If the vent is supposed to be closed why do I have to remove the chimney cap, do you happen to know?
Great Video, waiting for my oven to come in. I agree with the partial glass as most woodburning ovens are open, however, I don't think I would want to stick my hand inside like that. Could be disastrous if one needs to change the airflow.
Aw man I was hoping for pizza!!! Can't wait for the next episode! Looked like a lot of work to put together but pretty easy to assemble not needed a bunch of tools

So do you keep the vent OPEN all the time or not?
Closed gets it really hot in there. Open cools it down quite a bit. Once we are in the new house I’m going to start messing with it.
