- Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will get at least 3 more big DLC Updates and probably at least a few Free Updates. But with the upcoming release of Dragon Ball Sparking Zero, it really does feel like Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is done.

@@JC-bv4lf We don’t need Xenoverse 3. I didn’t grind 5 of my Cac’s to level 140 just to play a new game right away. Also the level cap increase isn’t done other. We still have to reach lvl 199…

The trash talker videos are going to migrate to Dragon Ball SPARKING ZERO. Does this mean Burcol will stop posting Xenoverse 2 trash talker videos? No, probably not, but I think he’s going to mainly focus on Sparking Zero trash talker videos from here on out.

Well, yah. When the fans care more about the game than the developers, it will die. No matter how much love we give this game, without actual support from its developers, we will eventually get tired of doing the same things over and over again.
True... it feels as if XV2 is on a standstill until they feel like getting around to the second half of the DLC.
I've always liked xenoverse 2 but I could never get into the PvP because I joined quite late and couldn't keep up with the PvP strats/Meta in The game. It's a shame really
Honestly Im only loging into Xenoverse 2 right now for the Festival stuff once thats done I wont be going back until new DLC.
Should just make XV3 and make it able to last longer
I think Xenoverse 2 would be fine my best guess is that everyone who orders Sparking Zero back and forth like how COD players did back in the day when they switched over to Halo
I mean, xenoverse is unique thanks to the customization.. but that's it.
I'm excited for Sparking Zero and obviously I want to see content from Burcol on it. But I really don't want him to stop playing Xenoverse. I've been watching him play it for years. It'd honestly be really weird and really sad to see him just stop. Though I do completely understand why he would want to.
As a guy who barely plays the game, i admit i will probably never be as good or even close to burcol, i would challenge him and i know he will destroy me but when you lose you get better and when you keep consistantly trying you will get better
The only thing that is saving this game is a ssj4 transformation after sparking zero releases cause the player base is about to go down for this game after it drops

I honestly have no interest in Sparking Zero. I'm just going to keep playing XV2 until they take it down.

I think the 2 games are just different enough for xenoverse to hit a spot sparking zero doesn't. I'd say big 1v1s with friends are sparking zero and xenoverse is for that spot no other game can hit, wince it has character customization. You can make your character's kamehameha do no damage while a single fist hits like a thousand needles in real life, and just put really whatever move you want in there. Xenoverse is the special good and sparking zero is thr GOOD good
Id actually argue 1-2 months after soarking people are gonna get the itch to be inside the db world which could reignite dbxv2

Xenoverse 2 is done certainly. It gets revived for a week at most with new "update" or new "DLC" and then put down again. Like a new toy that kid gets bored of after few plays.
They have themselves to blame however for that. They couldnt even release 1 new awoken skill per year. (We got 5 only within 8 years of its lifespan.) Embarrassing.

I for one was always disappointed by Xenoverse, probably because I just wanted it to be more like Tenkaichi 3.
The only thing I'll miss is the custom characters. Maybe in a Sparking sequel.
