    Do u have to seal the vinyl before applying the water slide

      @RebeccaEscott  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No the vinyl doesn’t need to be sealed only the waterslide.

    This is my first Tack-it. I have the red on. Is there a reason why you can’t apply the silver seal the cup with spray sealer, then add epoxy sand if needed add decal and final epoxy unless another one is needed.

    That's really cute. But why did the waterslide print bigger than the vinyl cut? That a and s aren't lined up at all. Still cute, though.

    I have a question about waterslides. I have a small business card sized waterslide to apply to my tumblers. I have a piece of white vinyl under a clear waterslide. I have 3 that I'm working on now that the waterslides don't want to stay on the vinyl. Should I epoxy over the vinyl, then add the waterslide, then epoxy it all again? I'm not used to waterslides not behaving properly. Help!!

    What s the difference between using a glitter glue or epoxy?

    • @RebeccaEscott
      @RebeccaEscott  ปีที่แล้ว

      The epoxy is to seal and protect the tumbler, glitter glue is used to apply the glitter not to give it a permanent seal.

    Is a UV lamp needed to cure the quick coat? The site description says it's a UV resin, but all the videos I've watched of you using it, I've never seen you use a UV lamp or heard you say that it requires one. 🤷‍♀️

    • @fawnnelson3369

      @@dandeliondesignsbyteressab69 Do I need to trace it first? There are no cut lines, just a square around the Santa head. I downloaded the same Santa, from the same person that Rebecca did. When I traced it, I removed the Santa and released compound path. What I got was 1000s of edit points. It won't let me release it :-(
