Because of this problem I am not able to set target fields in the Taxonomy as well as not able to use present validated screen. Instead I am only able to pre train the model using data labelling , In Orchestrator.

Also we need to check if this situation is ideal for an automation looking at the frequency of each type of document format

Try to restart uipath studio n check. May be a system slowness causing this problem

Document understanding will work on similar kind of documents right i. e. For eg resumes pf same format?
It can work on any format! I will create content around that Anitha!
