I'll be honest, I've never actually seen a good Escanor team lose to Melodas. He's always carried by attack seal and gets stomped whenever he doesn't have it.
Escanor hardly ever wins though, despite all his cards being able to one shot. The key is to kill all supporting characters while Esca is atk sealed, then kill Escanor and have a tanky unit as sub. People who go straight for Escanor as the match starts usually lose as they give him several attacks.
Same policy on a demon team, only that Meli hits much much harder turn 1.
Itzs opposite for me i use both escanor and meli but meli is always clutching the win.
Escanor needs max ult to be truly broke but meli is just broke always I've seen his lvl 1 aoe do almost a mil in ungeared without major support
i can confirmed i main the escanor team over the demon team and 90% of the time win my matches even against meli attack seal. i would admit meli on the demon team is a problem if they have a good amount of darkness stacks but still take the w majority of the timrb

Dude one day I ran into this rebirth Liz that was tanky as fuck. I don't know what s*** the guy had on her but his damn escanor and purg meli or a hell of a lot easier to take out than that Liz. And I don't know why. 🤣

4:12, if he was smart (and had the ability) he should’ve merged escanor cards for the ult having 2 stacks making it so he just one shots ur ban with ult and you could’ve done nothing

That's one thing about this game is RNG can really make or break you. I beat a 330k combat class demon team. With green gowther, purg meli, queen diane and escanor. And my combat class was only 289k I believe. And I was able to completely wipe the rest of the team with Diane after a level three rank up from Gowther with a level 3 taunt.

I'm actually impressed with light liz in this demon meta. I took quite some demon teams with Liz because she doesn't rely only on attack to do damage and they surprisingly lost because of this and resurrection plus they always go to remove meliodas and t1u first.
It reminds me how in school I had to write about a character, real or fictional and I didn't had any idea so I choosed Ban.

I wanted to see another time of demons
Been using Ban team since he got his holy relic as a F2P and he is still usable, always was through every meta to this day. I do use Terry over Reinhard or any other shenanigans so I can cock those pesky att seal teams. Most top 3 anyoing Meta teams to play against was full green team with Echidna, cause the double infect completely cocks Ban, then of course Festarossa. He takes away Buffs and as a blue unit with type advantage and all the darkness it's 90% a loss. Also very annoying was Rimuru, mostly because of the infect and also the take off Buff thing. Everything else was OK to play against, including T1U.
I don't have Terry or Reinhard, but One team I use is Queen Diane, green gowther, and purgatory ban and I'll have escanor in the back just for a surprise. But it's pretty crazy how tanky ban makes Diane.
Curious what could I use 2 replace light T1U as I don't have him, and I wanna try out a ban team(also don't have any collab characters either)

Traitor meli is better because He gives dmg Reduktion to the whole Team and his ult removes buffes last stage on the last floor that can be a live safer

I mean can you win vs demons? Also with ult food you go 2nd every time so yea.. works only with: whaled out cc, no demons as opponent and in geared

In theory if you use Melly and Arthur in the same team the enemy is fucked 😂 because if he doesn’t attach he loose Ultimate Gage, but if he does he loose it anyway for Arthur taunt. That sounds like a good team

it's not like I've been using this team since the purgatory ban came out and the only thing I change is the escarona has changed because I got the newer one and the fact that people forgot how op is ban when he has max ult and can kill anyone even purgatory meliodas on 3 stacks of purgatory is another matter from the beginning i am his main and bravo as a real main ban from the very beginning of playing this game which has been going on for a while 3 years I'm glad that it was finally noticed that now Ban is one of the best pvp characters and his team destroys almost every threat, even a full team of demons

Attack seal was always annoying but you could’ve rushed ult to at least have a chance to win, not anymore because Meli exist.
Also, the fact that he cleanses doesn’t matter which makes it even worse that he enables this meta

Meli for me at least is the one unit that attack seal needed so they won’t lose, a unit that disable ults for the opponent, and because of that, i think Meli will see a lot of play until they release a good cleansing unit

yes well, keep in mind that Nagato is a whale xd, in the global version the Purgatory Ban team is dead since there the CC is around 370k and up, at least I always get people with that cc, apart from Ban and Reinhart die very fast with my demon team 😈
