Thank you, keep updating, bed lift system i saw on a mercedez sprinter based on a us video, amazing you guys chose this. please keep camera a little steady. for added fire safety aside from regulatory requirements of 2 handheld fire extinguishers some 4-5 fireballs can be kept at different location. PVC is extremely toxic whatever little it burns.

Great..We have used Rail & block method..Rails screwed to a four iron frame..4 blocks welded to four side of bed..entire bed moves vertically on rails...bed lift can be moved up/down manually or with 12v/24v linear actuator. Best of luck for your build. Take care

Also Wondering whether you are also from army background since you mentioned about moving every two years or so, also the background in your vids seems like cantonment area. Definitely you can convert your Mobilio into a small caravan. plan a roof top tent or customize your rear seats which can be converted to bed, bed should have drawers which can be used as kitchen counter and storage. No friend. You can't convert a vehicle which is made to carry stuff as passenger vehicle( Supreme court guidelines). Believe you me my first choice was a Force Traveller delievery vehicle but alas had to do my van conversion on passenger vehicle with JK door...Take care

Friend If you have seen our vanbuilt videos ours is a self designed van in which planning , designing & procurement of items was done by us. To execute the tasks we had hired skilled workers like carpenter , electritian , plumber , welder etc. They did what we told them to do and for some aftermarket works van was sent to Delhi. Is there any safe parking fecilities in indian states, like other countries have caravan parks, hotels provi de parking, bed and breakfasts provide parking for travellers, so that caravan is protected, long distance travellers can have refreshments and meals.
Yes friend , Caravan culture is coming up in India, few states have started building caravan parks otherwise you can park at any camping ground/hotels/tourist spots. Regards

I’m planning to have a bike (Hero xpulse)in my van 🙂. It’s not allowed by RTO though, so might downgrade to a tvs xcell with 4 ltr fuel capacity

Friend Firstly workout your load requirement. I believe for a SUV 1 KVA inverter with 1000 watts lithium battery is more then adequate for atleast 2 day overlanding. What is the mechanism for waste disposal for toilet in your caravan ?
We have two black tank. All the waste goes from second tank through a laminated pipe to designated disposable location. Take care

No friend. You can't convert a vehicle which is made to carry stuff as passenger vehicle( Supreme court guidelines). Believe you me my first choice was a Force Traveller delievery vehicle but alas had to do my van conversion on passenger vehicle with JK door...Take care

Friend If you have seen our vanbuilt videos ours is a self designed van in which planning , designing & procurement of items was done by us. To execute the tasks we had hired skilled workers like carpenter , electritian , plumber , welder etc. They did what we told them to do and for some aftermarket works van was sent to Delhi. Is there any safe parking fecilities in indian states, like other countries have caravan parks, hotels provi de parking, bed and breakfasts provide parking for travellers, so that caravan is protected, long distance travellers can have refreshments and meals.
Yes friend , Caravan culture is coming up in India, few states have started building caravan parks otherwise you can park at any camping ground/hotels/tourist spots. Regards
