@@matejovich in my situation, it was about $145 USD for the repairs, plus shipping. So I paid them for return shipping, plus what I paid to send it. All in all I think I paid about $200, which is amazing, considering the dealer quoted me $900+ for the repairs. Just send it, they'll take care of you.

I have a bmw f10 528i 2011 and i recently unplugged the joystick to clean the center console. I’m certain it never got wet but when I plugged it back in it stopped working. What could be the issue?

My Idrive controller stopped working so I ordered a new Replacement but I can’t disconnect the electrical cable . The blue tip is like superglued to the unit . Any tips ?

My idrive controller stopped working, so I was able to order a replacement BUT I am not able to disconnect the electric socket from the controller - I see how simple it is for you - to the point where I think I just need to clip the socket and replace it but I am not sure what components I need to order and if I need to buy a specific clamp to install the wiring. I have a 2015 BMW i3. Are you able to create a video for that?
