      Charlotte how powerful are you? Wow your comment just filled me with such goodness and I see your heart and soul so beautiful and I don't think you need this cleansing as you are filled with such beauty of Hozho. Peace, Beauty, Balance and Harmony. What we speak is a mirror of whom we are. Thank you for your kindness and hugs yourself as I am sending healing hugs to you that you see that you have a new lease on life and now run with it. Be powerfully empowered and do it without negativity but positive vibrations and energy of which we are made of. You are lovely. Hugs from Navajo Grandma

    God bless you and thank you for this message! I’m Cherokee and my mom never was taught the customs. When I see videos like yours it feels like home to me even though I was not taught Native ways.
    My heart feels so blessed to have found your videos and I really needed to see this one.
    I’m a believer in Jesus Christ and many have different opinions on Native Americans and our Father in Heaven.
    Thank you so much for teaching that both are desperately needed in our lives.

      Hyala, no need for a forest, remember what Gma said, forgiving yourself first, though not easy, but I give you permission that you can do it. Then also Gma gave you a new lease on life. Begin right now, paw paw paw, your whatever past is gone, now move forward CLEAN, NEW, yup, it’s done. Most of all love you, yourself Hyala, dear one. I believe in you and I don’t even need to see you, your worth is boundless, more value than the whole world, how powerful is that. Yup it’s in you. Remember. Hugs galore. Navajo Grandma

      Oh my what a powerful statement of hozho. For hozho is filled with "peace, beauty, balance & harmony that all people who breathe do seek." Thank you, as we are all leaders within our own circles, communities and state, tribes or nations. We are the light to others and I pray we will remain this way and become brighter with the light of God, to be Saviors to all mankind. Now is the time to stand against evil trying to overshot our light individually and outwardly. Men's hearts are hardening, anger leads our ways, a kind word, a hand up is forgotten but selfishness reigns with Satan. May we stand with God, pray with great faith, give hope and a hand up. Give a hug, a smile but pray always for the poor, sick & lost and more so our enemies. May God help each of us to be the leaders we are. We weren't reserved for this time and day for nothing. God reserved those alive with power to stand against evil and you and I are His army. May we take our place. Amen. Hugs, Navajo Grandma

    I needed this video. My daughter was in PICU with covid pneumonia and was on a high flow oxygen along with steroids for her lungs. I asked everyone I know to pray for her. I prayed all day everyday I spoke the Promises from the Bible for health, and healing. My daughter is now recovered and we will be going home today. The power of prayer is strong and I’m so grateful. I did what you said and I told her how much she means to me how much joy she brings to be everyday. I have four wonderful children and they are my entire world. I want to thank you for all your videos. My children are from the Paiute tribe and I’m from the Three Affiliated Tribes. God bless you and your family.

      My dearest Kimberly, Wow, what an endearing story. I am so thankful your daughter is returning back to full health. It is truly amazing how truth, honesty, prayer, appreciation, Hozho and Ke' does heal. So many are so involved with themselves they lose these internal innate love and endearment we each need for one another. I told my husband before my fiance' died I had pneumonia so bad, and my fiance' had been gone out of state. I missed him so much. When I saw him, I literally was healed instantly. He loved me so much and sadly, he did die. When he died, he did come back to me to tell me how much love he had for me and to let him go as my life would move forward. It was hard but my life did move forward, and here I am teaching and sending you my hugs and love. You are loved and so is your daughter.. Keep up the love, hugs and positivity. Paw paw paw, get rid of the negative, illness, anything and in its place comes positivity, health, love, etc. Navajo Grandma

      Dearest Melissa, bless your heart and your energy and your Will and mind. It isn't easy, but when the children are grown, and they are gone, you will look back and see, you did the best for them. Love them, support them by letting them know how much you care and protect them. The blessings come in a circle right back at you. Hold them close, they need this and so do you. Sending my strength, and huge hugs to you. Ahhhhhh yes dear grandma!!! The cedar, our kin. I immediately thought of one of my absolute favorite songs. Annie Humphrey- "Winter mornings, coffee, and cedar smoke". It is part of my youtube playlist. Have you heard it? It is a magnificent generational anthem in my opinion. Explains everything we feel in a song during smudge. How we pray for our children how we want them to remember most the smell of our cedar prayers in the air as we remembered our mothers prayers.🌿❤ thank you so much for your teachings and all your love. I am a loving warrior of christ also. We are his hidden ones, his chosen. Thank you for your prayers and wisdom so much. In tears!!! But God is good always! ❤ Suffering sad & remembering so much I wish I could forget. I choose to forgive. From when I fist understood words, from my mother, they were cruel words given with a smile and I suffered without anyone knowing it. My kids and I cared for her through cancer 5 years ago & she was still cruel, but no one around us ever knew. I have times still today where I weep and cry out, I have never heard loving or teaching words from her, but only from my grandma. I miss my grandma so much!!

      Terribelle3, what a moving comment you sent to me. I was saddened for you as I too have gone thru stuff like this with my ex husband, my children and people in my church. They do not care to be kind only to those they want, yet in the same token they expect you the one who serves them and the one they stomp on to serve them as if it is our duty. Yet we with kind hearts still serve with love thru the mess. It has affected me thru the years myself, but I am still learning to let it run off like water off a duck's back. Easy to say right? I know. I pray you will watch this video time and time again. You need someone to be on your side and love and give you healing hugs. If I was there I would. I totally understand those painful tears now and then. Next, the part of the smudging is to again release the negativity and say this as you release the negative energy thru the crown of your head say this: "I happily & permanently release all unkind words of hate of any kind from any person. It has no place within me, as I am kind, loving, I have a happy heart, a kind loving heart, I can only find and see and feel goodness for myself and others. Also I forgive myself for paying heed to this negativity which I shall no longer allow within my loving spirit and soul. I desire to be happy, loving, kind and serving. As I do so I shall partake of the bounty of God's plan for me and I shall walk, run and not faint and the angel of death shall pass me by. I shall live with love, tenderness and prayer with gratitude for my Savior Jesus Christ for continually healing me. Amen pah pah pah. Find joy in your loving heart and good soul. You deserve to be happy and loved with kindness. Hugs always from Navajo Grandma. Pray always for peace, beauty, balance and harmony!! This is called Hozho in the Dine' way of life. Love you. I sat down to milk my goats and listen to a video on Smudging. My oldest daughter would like to help me smudge, something I do often, and I wanted to learn more to teach her more.
    Now I am sitting here releasing so much I didn’t know How to let go of. I do not have much in the way of extended family but have always felt connected to my ancestors. This video filled me with many emotions. I cannot wait to share this with my children. I have 6 of them. we may not have much but we have so much with a little bit extra. We are so blessed. This video has truly made me feel like I will be ok. That I can heal the places in my soul that need it. I release it all. I love you. Thank you, grandma.

      What a beautiful comment of releasing the old, the things that keep us down, realizing it, then letting it go. I like you didn't have much either and lately with this pandemic it feels like I am going thru it all again. We were doing so well before and now things are not the same but as we go through the days, thru prayer, thru releasing junk that use to reside within us, that we lighten our load, clear our minds, we gain hope and faith and a desire to be what we so desire and know that we can have success. Maybe not the success in many ways as the world sees it, but within our hearts, our spirit our homes, our individual selves, and a more positive outlook can get you through the days. It should have helped you make a garden, to toil in the soil with joy knowing the seeds germinate and mature then the wonderful fruit you will sow. There is joy is renewing yourself daily with a positive outlook even when you might not have enough, but what you do have you will realize is enough. We are God's children, how would he allow you to go hungry. It is said in Psalms that David speaks this, "I have lived a long life but never in this life have I ever seen a righteous man go hungry." Righteous meaning a humble heart, a kind heart, a forgiving heart, a heart and soul that gives God all power over his or her life and see the miracles of life, the joy and goodness in simplicity, not as the world sees it or knows it but what the spirit knows and gives within our individual selves our individual hearts. Life is good. Even in darkness there is goodness as you become the light and in the light you become the miracle worker lifting and blessing and loving, serving. Life is good. Keep this thought as you continue in this life. Pray always for safety, from sickness and ills, from negativity, empower yourselves with smudging, pure affirmations that is perfect for you individually. Know yourself and treat yourself kindly that it may become an extension to give out for those who need hope and love and service. On and on. Life is good. Hugs and love from Navajo grandma

      @@NavajoGrandma my father learned much from his mentor, Eugene B Joe, a sand painting artist from the reservation. My father ended up going down a dark drug filled path I could not follow. But he did teach my some of the old traditions. @@hoopnfarm This again is a wonderful comment that brings me joy. When you are ready for change and finally wake up to yourself, now remember few do, that you can move forward, first yourself before you can go beyond that. Clean your own yard first then help others along t he way. This is so important and forgiving yourself is huge in this process. No blame just forgive and accept it in your spirit and soul. When that happens you begin to understand the value of others. As you find how amazing and how precious and how important you are as an individual. That is the epic part of life. Then you value yourself and value others because you again value yourself. How cool is that God given process. I love it. I always say, do not make it hard. Keep it simple. He did walk among us. I have been baptized into a church, but I do believe since we haven't been able to go to church, My testimony of Jesus Christ became my total foundation, not the church building and the people who go there in clicks and snub each other because one has more than the other. It happens in my church all the time. I was always puzzled, hey didn't you teach about Christ on Sunday, why do you think I am a scab now because I am Native? Never understood, but thanks for the pandemic, I realized it is Christ who we worship, not the churches, not the leaders, but Christ as He is literally the son of God. Remember also, there are Bishops, and teachers in the gospel, remember this, no matter how high of a calling they have, know this: "we will not hold any position even if we were the President of the USA, A Prime Minister, the Cardinal, "we will be judged as individuals, as sons and daughters of God, our titles will be nothing when we pass through the veil into the spirit world and when we stand before God." So as pompous as those are who have great callings in churches, boy do they have it coming if they are not living up to their callings that supposedly is to bless the sick and afflicted, help the needy, the homeless, etc. Most people become prideful and disgusting not the leaders they are suppose to be. Sorry, my church is full of these. I haven't gone to church for 4 to 5 months and have never had a greater testimony of Jesus Christ than ever before and even more. I read the scriptures, I pray, I serve my community, I love my family, make amends, repent, and follow Jesus Christ and I do what He did to the best of my ability. For this I love the Pandemic. It defined for me whom we all worship, Jesus Christ the son of God. How absolutely wonderful. Hooray for the pandemic in that sense. While everyone is running back to church, buying new clothes to look better in front of their neighbors, to back bite, to pretend they are saints, etc., I am happily home with my Savior and closer to Him than ever. Now if I know I am needed for some reason to be at church, or to go to the Temple, I will. But not to wear my shiny shoes and look better than others. Sorry, that is all I saw. Sick. But true. I love my Savior, Jesus Christ, I so look forward to seeing him again during the Second Coming. He did walk among us and he taught us how to use nature to bless and heal us and for sustenance. My grandfather taught this to me as his ancestors knew of the 12 apostles and they have Dine' names for them, they describe the crucifixion to the T and and know where our ancestors came from and how they came to this Turtle Island. I know these things I learned from my ancestors to be true, I can not ever deny it. I know Jesus Christ is my Savior, He is the son of God, the Holy Ghost bears witness of all truth to us. They are so important. It is through them we all shall have eternal life. Truly. Amen. My hugs and love to you as you come to yourself. Navajo Grandma

      Hi Jaz, boy you have been on a life’s journey. You must be quite the soul and spirit chosen to heal and bless others. Interesting. Gma has been cussed out by native Americans for my belief in Christ. Sad their grandparents never taught them how our native American ancestors walked and talked with Christ. We knew of Him long before any boats or Christians set foot here on this land. Thus those who holler that I entertain colonialism shows their lack of personal ancestral knowledge. Thank you for your wonderful comment and your testimony and faith in our Savior and Redeemer. This faith and knowledge sets you apart from the world. Hugs from Navajo Grandma

      @@jazdelamor KESHHI, Grandma loves you Jaz. I guess I didn’t tell you, my paternal grandfather (my NALI) married a Zuni, thus my Dine’ clan is Naashte’zhi which means Zuni. She was my Bizhi who died when my dad was 2 years old in 1920’s. Gpa (NALI) remarried to a Dine’ woman my Bizhi whom raised me and is my heart. Just an fyi. I was there at Zuni when the old pueblos were still intact, just like Taos Pueblo, Jemez Pueblo use to be. No more. I am grateful that my eyes saw or have seen when the pueblos were still the way they were anciently. Beautiful in their regalia on a daily basis, speaking their language, singing, keeping with traditions that were treated as holy as they were meant to be. I ran thru the streets and played with other Zuni children, so fun as well as in Jemez Pueblo and Taos Pueblo as they once were. I long for those days when feast days wasn’t just eating, it was the kind acts of giving to all and strangers who came to participate. It was a form of family you found and those days are now long gone. Now, Pueblos chase you out and yell at you if you walk their streets, throw their dish water or bucket of water thrown on strangers, nasty words said in English, even when you buy their wares. It never was like that. Maybe in my innocence I saw and believed that kindness would always remain. As back then the pueblos knew my NALI & Bizhi for her weaving & trading. We were always welcomed in Zuni as my fathers mother came from there, now folks shun you to talk to you. It’s just gone. I have always treated these pueblos with love, I have gone to the homes of the posterity of those gone brought meat, fruit, corn as the corn fields are small now and only for their families, I bring chili, fruits that are beautifully grown by true growers that are not riddled with chemicals. Yet they laugh at me when I tell them of their grandparents who were welcoming n traded with my NALI. They take it and stare at me as if I am stupid for doing this kindness. Once I asked if I could purchase an oven bread in remembrance of when I was a child, how wonderful it tasted, I was told, “this is for our family, we do not sell it” as they have the pile of food I reverenced to give them in front of them. I left and wept in the car. I do not go there anymore. We drive thru I tell gpa about where I use to play as we drive thru all these pueblos and leave the pueblos to themselves. How utterly sad. I miss the old days. They say toward the end of time before our Savior returns many hearts will become hardened and cold and I see that in the present horrible Biden Government in my Navajo Nation and abroad thru out the lands and other countries. But thru it all I seek to be a good woman filled with the love and giving with kindness as I was shown by our ancestors, grandparents of old in the pueblos and eastern Navajo Agency in NM. We need to be a kind representative for and of Christ as our grandparents were. So long of a response but I am sure you understand unlike most. Hugs always from Navajo Grandma…Ahehee. Elahkwa.

      You are so welcome and yes you and all are so important as we continue living in this world. Although it is full of problems, normal and made up and the Communism encroaching, all need our attention, our prayers and for us to stand up for truth. We need to support what is truth and what is Godly, not the secular which brings Greed, Power and Control and it gets out of hand very very easily when a person or leaders become filthy selfish and they go down the road to the bottom pit and take many with them. May we remember to be strong, to stand for right like our CHIEFTANS did in days of old. They called for all Tribal Nations to stand together, it is time we do now. Their words ring strong and clear right now. Amen. Navajo Grandma

      @@NavajoGrandma Thank you so much Navajo Grandma. 💖 Your words went right through my spirit and healed me. You are such a beautiful healer I truly feel Creator sent me here. I so honored and blessed you took precious time out of your day to respond to me. This made my day. Speaking of smudging to get rid of negative, I was wondering if you had an opinion on people with visions. I spent years as someone who used a Tarot deck of cards to help people with positive messages of healing. When I began to go back to my Christian faith, I gave it up as I did not want to offend Creator. Many people told me I helped them more than their doctor. My mother tells me that this is my gift from the Creator. I was wondering if you had any insight on this matter. Thank you Navajo Grandmother, I am so thankful that you are here on Earth.

    • @NavajoGrandma
      @NavajoGrandma  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TaraandSky First of all, Tarot cards although you used it for good is not what you should ever entertain again. Yes, the Creator does not approve. I once use to go get my readings and did that a few times and I learned through very sad experience that it was wrong. Never again after that. My opinion. Regarding visions, I don't know if you are seeing things or are you hearing or feeling things before they happen, not sure. I would rather call it being a gift given as your Mother explained to you. When used, our gifts can literally heal. It is a power of the Creator, some have it some don't. Some recognize it and some have no idea they have it as they are blind to goodness. Some hide it from themselves as they have experienced something tragic not realizing it is healing. So I suggest you treasure this gift of healing, it is powerful. We are all given certain gifts and we need to recognize them. Build upon those gifts and develop them. The world needs healers right now, the world needs direction thru holiness, to remember there is truly a Creator in charge, that all we have is not ours but His and our lives and all we have is borrowed. When we take our last breath we take nothing but relationships, our intellect, our gifts as treasures of eternity. You are empowered with gifts, develop them with prayer, be grateful and use with reverence and your power to heal will be needed in the days that are coming. And I promise you will be needed from the darkness and evil that is coming to try to destroy all that is good. Its like the Hobbit movies, the Jedi's and the Avengers. These are examples that I know you can understand. They each possessed gifts and used them and together they became strong. Teach others about their gifts and use yours always. You will discover how as you are prayerful. Never be afraid of your gifts. As you develop one then more will come. Lastly, you can ask for more gifts but only in reverence and with an honest heart that it will serve others and lastly serve you. I may have overly spoken but I think you will understand. Now go and use your gifts. Never be ashamed of them. Don't flaunt it either. Do not speak of it as evil will try to make you prideful, just don't speak of your gifts, only in your prayers. Use it wisely when you know you need to or can. I have many gifts, I just use them without telling others about them as they are reverent gifts. But powerful. Prayer empowers you even more. Remain prayerful. Hugs. Navajo Grandma

      Crystal what a beautiful comment. It is a blessing to smudge. My mother was very sickly and she used juniper and used her hands. She depended upon this and always felt better afterwards. Why what she had was chronic always puzzled me. I know it was a very psychological trauma because of the death of my sister. So yes, this is a wonderful way to be rid of negativity and to replace it with goodness. Always remember as we do this, we also give ourselves a new lease on life. That is what I offer to you. We all need permission and that permission will remain always. Each day is a new day of goodness and mercy, forgiveness of self and others. There is hope in this, reverence and healing. Wash away all negativity and you will find joy and happiness and healing. The road of Hozho: peace, beauty, balance and harmony. Hugs to you always. Happy to hear you felt the presence of your grandmother and you should. She loves you so much more as she is also watching over you always. Happy thoughts and happy truths. Navajo Grandma

      You bet! We all need to cleanse our body and spirit more now than before. Dealing with life and more needs the Hozho effect: peace, beauty, balance and harmony. I pray you do really contemplate that we each need a New Lease on life, Science too has blind studies that show ruffling your energy heals and you have that ability to give your body the vibrations made of energy with your hands. Some use feathers but for the better part it is done with your hands. I am always so thankful I was raised watching my dear mother who was sick do this and she seemed to have a shot in the arm and would almost immediately feel that cleansing and strength to carry on. You could actually see that physically. Because she was anxious from her sickness she would walk away from our home and it hurt me so much. So when she was with us I would use my hands and ruffle her energy and she would wake up feeling good she would say, and I was so happy. Then I would rub her feet and hands, arms and brush her hair with the Be'aazhoo and she would be so happy. This is one of my testimonials on a daily basis using it in so many ways. Hugs from Navajo Grandma

    Hi Grams, my old handmade dream catcher from Utah always hangs in the nearest window to my bed since decades in many different homes of mine. It has a beautiful view over me and Korfu right now. I am not religious, but I believe my dream catcher protects me in some way. The geometric pattern of it is also very intriguing and makes me happy.

    • @NavajoGrandma
      @NavajoGrandma  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      My dear Garlic breath, Grandma loved your comment. Dream catchers are beautiful such are the artful designs of a spider's web. The intention is made to catch that which is not desirable in your dreams, to protect your sleep, so your body receives rejuvenation, peace, and comfort. Thank you for putting that in just the right place for you to look upon and be reminded that it does work and really has its relevance in your life. Though you seem to always mention you are not religious, that is not what you are saying, what you might be saying is this: I don't go to church, I don't do the sacrament, the Holy things considered by being at church, maybe I don't pray often, but I do believe in God & Jesus Christ. I think inside that kind heart and healing heart and in your healing soul, you know the truth. If you don't I tell you, you will meet the truth in the end. I pray you will say to Him, I did know you, but my life didn't exactly stream with your teachings and I lived my life the way I wanted. I have regrets and I know He will understand. Just wait, as you grow older you will see what it is that I mean that is sober. I pray we all live to come to ourselves in knowing who our Creator is. Your beautiful description was a perfect starter to Grandma's day. I want to thank you because my life is busy and I am grateful. Continue to see the good things in your life as you cast your eyes upon this dream catcher and know you are safe & protected even in this. Grandma sends her hugs and loves across the great waters. You should see New Mexico now as fall is coming upon us, the fields are giving their last crops, the corn stalks are starting to dry losing the lush green, the rivers are getting more and more cold, the air is also getting crisp but still very comfortable, although the noon sun is very hot then the cool calms it down now sooner than when we had hot spells. The moon shines ever so bright at night, the coyotes still howl out in the desert, the juniper trees stand stoic and look millennials old but just beautiful, people are harvesting and selling gorgeous melons, cantaloupes, squash, bright tomatoes for salsa, bright green jalapenos, the smell of corn in the air, and the desert just as gorgeous still green with beautiful cactus flowers & berries I love to eat. Its a desert alright, but beautiful. I can only imagine rolling hills where you are maybe. Have a happy day. Great comment and have another video finally out this morning. Hugs from Navajo Grandma

He now knows who Jesus Christ is and His God. He wasn't ready but he understands now I know this. Thank you for allowing us to know and giving us the privilege to pray. I know Heather will be taken care of while she cares for her children. I know this. Tell her to pray always for strength in dealing with this situation. The clouds will part and the sun will shine again knowing Matt is watching over them. Such precious blessings. It is a true trauma. I am so sorry. Navajo Grandmother, can you please tell us your take on why matches should be used vs a lighter?

    • @NavajoGrandma
      @NavajoGrandma  5 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Matches can be safer and more environmentally friendly than lighters for a number of reasons, including: Safer burning time, matches burn for a shorter time than lighters, which can be safer if used accidentally.
      Less impact on the environment matchsticks are made from natural elements and decompose easily, while lighters are made from metals and plastics and contain harmful chemicals and gases. Reduced risk of unintentional fires Safety matches only ignite when struck on the designated surface, which reduces the risk of accidental fires.
      Easy to use Matches are simple and quick to use in almost any conditions.
      However, refillable gas lighters, like Zippos, can be a better option than disposable lighters. This might not cover everything but some pros and cons. Navajo Grandma

      You know, goodness and giving out peace, beauty, balance and harmony is more healthy than yes, to slay your enemies. We all have them, but there is wisdom that I was taught that I shared with you and you will understand this when you get older older. Thus I am sharing what goodness and virtues that you might not be taught or being taught, and we teach one another. This is the way of the Native Americans. I promise you that you will not find love and kindness hating or getting even with your enemies. We all have many but what is better to pray for them or tearing them down? Which is healthier for you? Truly when you see it thru wisdom you will find that it is better to choose the moral road. Then again, its the road you choose. The consequences can be rough and hard, it can also be with peace and calm. Walk away and bless them is more powerful. But again when you are in danger and did not cause it, yes by all means fight. Be wise. Hugs from Navajo Grandma

    • @NavajoGrandma
      @NavajoGrandma  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      1 - Make the choice. The first step is to remember that we do have a choice in letting go. 2 - Write it down. 3 - Stop blaming. 4 - Live in the present. 5 - Stop replaying the tape. 6 - Cry it out. 7 - Channel the energy into doing something good. 8 - Release the endorphins(run, jog, work out, to release the negativity, with a friend or the ones you trust. Then write down all of what you have control of and make short and long term goals you can measure to move on. Eat healthy, sleep well & comfortable, take your healthy vitamins, drink lots of water. Pray always, God is there to help too, stop relying only on you. Remember Navajo Grandma loves you and is your cheerleader. Why would I write these things down for you if I haven't already learned these and it works!! Hugs always. Navajo Grandma

      @@cheri7054 It sounds like you take on the problems of others which are probably sad, heart breaking and just suffering, etc. It is good to have a heart for others, but the best counsel to obey is to know that others do suffer and that it is given to them, not you. What you do is get on your knees in your bedroom, in your car or wherever you are and say a prayer for the person or persons. Then you need to feel you did something so great for them, "you allowed God to help them." What a blessing you give. Then you ask for comfort for yourself and go jog, go see a friend, move away from the sadness, it is not yours. Be careful to not indulge in people's pain too much because it can hurt you emotionally, psychologically, and health wise, etc. Learn to have empathy but through God and send your blessings of strength to that person or what ever their needs are. If you can help monetarily then do it but don't give your savings away. You need emotional boundaries and good affirmations when you smudge to send love, give love out, or bless others while you give yourself the goodness of smudging as well. I know you can do this. I wish grandma could just give you a big fat hug right now and thank you for being a good soul, a kind soul, a loving soul with a kind spirit in your concern for others. But you care for Cheri now and relax and grandma will tell you how to do relaxation techniques you can do anywhere to not feel overwhelmed. Grandma loves you so. Navajo Grandma

    🌿💖 Wonderful and inspiring video, and you look radiant in your environment.✨ With all the folks voicing concern about over-harvesting white sage I started cleansing with dried bits of local juniper berry that grows by our home, and dried mugwort. Love their smells and tingly feelings my body gets when the sacred smoke passes over the skin. Yummy! Since I can't bring cleansing smoke into the clinic where I do healing practice I started using an Aura Smudge spray that has the essence of sage oil combined with cleansing prayer b/t patients. Haven't had anyone complain or get allergic reaction to it so far - it's subtle. Warmest wishes, thanks again for your helpful videos and lovely energy. Maybe you'll let me adopt you as my grandma-on-earth? My Grandmas have crossed over and I know they'd approve. :)

      Well this is a good idea about the smudge spray, never have tried that. Interesting. It is always good to use what is within your environment and just because the Sioux use white sage doesn't mean you have to. Look around and see what is within your environment. That is why the Navajo people use juniper, cedar and sage. By the way, when you become a subscriber, you automatically become my grand child and I become your grandmother. I have so many grandchildren it brings me such joy!! Hugs from Navajo Grandma
