    I love what Krishnamurti wants to do for humanity. He wants us to use our brains to rationally accept that what we accept as rational answers do not continue to suffice when the questions change. Part of the typical response to human problems is the reliance upon ideals. But, as he states, forcing the ideal (the unreal) onto the real does not provide stable solutions. Unfortunately, the ideals that he wants people to give up have become intertwined with our Western cultural DNA and our propensity to believe in things in direct proportion to their unbelievability. In a sense we have not merely to transcend the use of the unreal to determine the real, but even to transcend focusing on the conflict between them. We make the conflict more real by focusing on it as a method of addressing it. The situation is much like that between people in a relationship. If they spend their time talking about the relationship, they're not really having one. We can't really advocate not talking about the conflict, though, becasue a lot of people waiting for justice will never be served. Somehow we have to hold in one hand the fact that ideological differences separate us, while holding in the other the possibility that we can live beyond our individual ideals in relative harmony. We don't have to love each other, or even agree with one another, as long we can be civil and negotiate acceptable standards of justice. Will that ever happen? We have to find ways to build trust between people and cultures first.

    No motive other than to just ( for a few moments) experience this state of being without motive without momentum without attending to the whole momentum in that moment whatever form(s) it be.........form(s) momentums of the past present future or presence itself
    One pointed focus।

    • @jasveersingh-rp8lc
      @jasveersingh-rp8lc ปีที่แล้ว

      brother its not one pointed focus, its choice less awareness, for an example you have pain in your hand, and you are just aware, just aware not trying to push it, just moment by moment aware ,same goes with good sensation where you are not trying to hold it, just be aware, when you just aware without any motive to grasp or push, you are not sowing the seed of aversion or attachment. that means you are not letting this moments effect to become next moments couse, so this kind of awareness brakes the chain of couse and effect,,,
      you will understand this thing more deeply not only on the intellectual level but on the actual level if you do a vipassana course of 10 days.

    Non-duality only surfaces in relation to duality. Non-duality is perception, absence of centre, of fragmentation. Duality is thought, complementary opposites: "I am envious, but in time I hope to be non-envious"; "I am more conscious now than I was five years ago, when I was quite unconscious". When duality (thought, time) is perceived, unity emerges. The "conscious self" and the "unconscious self" coexist in the now; their spatio-temporal separation is a construct of thought, a simple neural proposition, which instead of being taken as an approximation, an utilitarian model of limited scope, is considered as a fact (their narrative is considered as a fact, but not their own act of presence, which is not taken into account).
    So we have three elements: reality, fact and truth. Their reciprocal relationship is as follows: truth emerges when duality (our reality, today, the "matrix", the web of thought) is established as a fact (insight takes place).

    This exactly what evolution is . We are evolving within us . We adopt something and we make mistakes . Then we learn from it till we change . It is a gradual process . Problems outside in society, between nations , between two states also follow the same way . We cannot thrust change on people . It will never be accepted. There has to be an inner change . An awareness within why we need to change anything . We as individual can then set an example for others .

    • @annelbeab8124
      @annelbeab8124 หลายเดือนก่อน

      K debates that a gradual process is required, but an instant may disolve all illusion. We believe in gradual, work & effort based successes. This leads to our denial that it may only require full insight and no action. All action afterwards may then have its root in 'choiceless awareness' and intelligence- conflictfree- pointing the way.
