Do you take your eyes off the ball and on to the target before you contact the ball with your hands? If I do it’s way more accurate and faster but I’m worried about fumbling the ball. Just wondering how you approach it.
Yes have an awareness of wear you are passing. Teams often use codes for wear they'll play next. For example a red could be played off 9 to a forwards pod and green to 10 then to the backs. This will also make your passing easier
Thanks Geraint. Id say it is good practice to have a few players that can play 9 just incase there are injuries. Especially in lower leagues that have less replacements. Look to get some other players involved to help your scrum half. As a fullback I have had to come in and play 9 due to a team mate getting injured. Wish I had done some of these drills.

The problem is you need a team of 3 to support facilitate drill
