That adept jumping up the tower broke the map physics and created a gravity well near Deimos' base 😉 24:21 reminds me of people fighting over toilet paper during COVID 😂 More Bots Gone Wild!
It looks like the gateway is too close to the pylon, creating a wall that the stalkers can't get through. So they build up numbers in the main base. Maybe Deimos has logic to group up it's army so when there are more stalkers in the main than in the army on the field, the army on the field moves towards the army in the main. This goes on until they are attacked, at which point the stalkers start using blink to get out of the main. Just a theory.
exactly, wonder why the caster didnt look for the reason, its like the most obvious reason. and it's also programmed to blob its army so if the mayority of the army is stuck it will blob to it
Gosh this hurt my brain so much I yelled at my computer. We could see early on the stalkers had to pass through a maze to exit the main and you could see on the minimap that the structures kept being built further down. Hnnngh!
Spectacular glitching! Yes, Veterran's army composition is dynamic and based on known enemy army and buildings. But I don't understand why it builds so many Thors. Probably he seen a lot of Stargates
Re: why Deimos kept pulling back and waiting ( 8:10 ) before attacking again. I think it might be waiting for the shields to regenerate (particularly on the immortal).
The glitchiness may be due to the teleporting battle cruisers and it is expected that the battle cruisers will teleport to main but because they never do the Stalkers are just dancing around expecting the battle cruiser ambush.
When Deimos got stuck in it's own base it almost looked like it thought the enemy was in the bottom right and it was attempting to blink into the main base from the low ground and attack.

Yep I had the exact same conclusion. Pretty sure this is what was happening
exactly
The stalkers in Deimos main were all walled in, units wanted to converge, units got stuck on the mass of units that couldn't move out

A perfect execution of the stalker cuddle puddle strategy.

Imagine if all those stalkers got nuked
More bots, more bagels, more boats.... but no more glitches! hehe

More bagel bot boats!
MOAR BAGELS!!!!
that was a lovely whimsy game
I find the glitchiness and imperfect gameplay charming. If I wanted to see good gameplay I'd be watching Serral.
Bots gone wild
Deimos is either evil, harvesting its opponent, or persona split between chicken and berserk🤦♂
more bots!
