      Subscribed... I’m not for size, but the knowledge and inspiration is amazing. I suggest adding an immersion circulator such as Joule to cook protein in mass to perfection.

    So many TH-cam bodybuilders will preach "protein shakes protein shakes protein shakes!!!" just to push their products. Thanks for keeping it real Evan and letting the fans know what you do!

  • @Sepu1tra

    A lot of YT or big name BB's post videos about "Dreams and determination, eating, and training", typical generic nonsense that really isn't going to help many people. Evan's videos are some of the most informative that I've seen, and he genuinely seems like he is interested in connecting with his audience and passing on legitimate learning points. This comment will likely fall down into the depths of the board, but I hope Evan knows that the info he puts out really does have a positive effect on aspiring enthusiasts.

    • @thatbodybuildingguyyoulike9228
      @thatbodybuildingguyyoulike9228 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Consistency, eating, training and helping boost morale is not nonsense for everyone, I guess it just doesn't help you.

    • @thatbodybuildingguyyoulike9228
      @thatbodybuildingguyyoulike9228 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Agreed that Evan does have a unique style that is beneficial to me and others as well I think.

    • @jaynaz2k5
      @jaynaz2k5 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well he did say "many people" not everyone, but yeah everyone is different so certain things might help and others don't.

    • @thatbodybuildingguyyoulike9228
      @thatbodybuildingguyyoulike9228 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I still disagree, it does help a lot of people.
      I do agree everyone is different and that is a very important thing to consider.

    • @Sepu1tra
      @Sepu1tra 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, I'm certainly not downplaying the importance of a routine, proper dieting, and training. I'm more or less talking about the videos that are vague, tell people to eat a ton of chicken and rice, tell you to "follow your dreams, and don't let anyone tell you that you cant". I'm highlighting that a lot of Evan's videos get more into the "Why?" of what he is recommending, that way people know what they can try, as well as why it might help. I just find that more beneficial then some broad stroke recommendation videos.

      I HIGHLY recommend the one shown in the video, the rice it produces is absolutely fantastic and the user interface is better than any other rice cooker I have seen allowing for lots of cooking time customization and different heat settings. For the best results use basmati rice, the product it produces is honestly so good that I have a hard time believing I made it, brown rice and dirty rice also work extremely well.
