CESI's Workers' Exchange Platform: Antonello Pietrangeli (CISAL/Anief)

The WEP (Workers Exchange Platform) is an EU co-funded project aimed at training and developing young trade union leaders. Targeting active young union representatives from various EU countries, the programme provides training and networking sessions. It covers topics such as EU legislative processes, social dialogue, youth engagement, capacity building, and communication strategies. The project seeks to enhance participants' understanding of European social dialogue and equip them with skills to effectively engage in EU policy-making and trade union activities.
