Neo is so badass. Of the entire RWBY world, she's the best. Aside from fighting like a boss, she has multi-color eyes. And she's adorable. c; Although, I wonder if she's a mute or not.
Alyssa SilverCloud It has been confirmed she's getting a voice actor though they aren't saying who it is.

moonlight24526 Yes! I vote for manly Russian voice. I'm already laughing my ass off at the mere thought. XD Although it doesn't necessarily have to be Russian, just deep and manly.
I like Neo, it's amazing how much of her personality comes through when she doesn't speak a single word throughout her entire appearance.
+ShadowQueen61 actually we don't know anything about her personality, everything about her is an act. Her gestures, her fighting style, her permanent fake smile. All part of the show and we've yet to see any backstage footage. Only thing we know is that she's a skilled fighter and unfortunately also a stonecold killer. So no switching to team Ruby later on.
I'd love to see her fight Pyrrha. Like a mini-boss fight in the second to last ep or so ...

Not right now, no. But in anime bringing dead characters back is not exactly unheard of. They kept Roman in the show for so long because the audience liked him. So it's at least possible that they have plans for bringing Pyrrha back. We'll see.

A158SPARTANI don't know if I do want Yang to beat her... So far, Team RWBY has taken down almost all of their opponents with little to no work. I would love to see her as this wall for them to face after putting forth some effort into training, Same with Cinder. They're both so bad ass, although Neo is tied for my favorite in RWBY with Coco.

+turbow5 I believe RWBY was monty's pet project, so the first seasons were made on a tight budget, though I'm sure the team expanded a bit after that.
As for the umbrella, the characters channel their aura through their weapons making them as tough as they are. Even a humble breadstick or leek becomes super tough in the hands of a huntress.
If Ruby got in a fight with Neo we will need a priest and someone to tell Yang then RUN LIKE HELL if that person isn't Neo
like if u agree but mostly whenever people don't talk it's because they have some kind of condition or they r brainwashed Neo was probably fighting for justice but maybe Cinder Roman or Salem brainwashed her which is most likely why she is such a skilled fighter and acrobatic and why she never speaks this is just a theory that I thought of
