I came here to improve my English but, bacchan sir has taught me the lesson on why should we dream about our dignity and make them true for ourselves. The English school system does not guarantee a job. Employers must still train people on the job. That's why apprenticeship in America, getting paid training under a licensed professional is more productive and efficient. USA struggles to get out of debt by English style universities, created by people who love paper degrees to hang on the wall. While giving honorary degrees to celebrities who didn't attend classes but built their careers through freedom of opportunities afforded to them in the open job market.

The dignity of others is not never important particularly for the deemed University of Chennai. Sir, you speak English fluently as you speak Hindi. We learnt Hindi listening to your Hindi films. The film industry is thriving more than the educational institutions in Tamil Nadu. Working class families educate their children with their sweat. There is absolutely no help from any bank to extend help to struggling families with low wages. I graduated from Madras University and post graduation from Anna University. I given all testimonials of qualification to be employed here in Chennai. Fortunately I give testimonials to the employer and after they get approved from non goverment and government bodies and as salary is deposited They don't require faculty.
