Numerical explanation is very good thanks sir but ............Out of 100 boxes Probability of no defective is 60 boxes and probability at least 2 defective is 9 boxes and probability of at most 2 bottles are defective are 99 boxes...... how is this possible. I cant understand this probability. calculation is okay but decision making by using probability is very difficult.....

That is not Probability that is Count we multiply Probability with no. Of boxes to get how many boxes contain no defective.
