Pastor Tiff, I was supposed to die over 45+ years ago. I'm 60 and still going. I have lived my life for Jesus as long as I can remember. I asked GOD to take that habit away from me and he did. It was as if I had never smoked for 50 plus years. Believe he'll do it for you. It's his will.

I smoke too and I'm trying to quit by switching to patches and vape then tapering off completely. But it's so hard.
Aren't we under the Gospel of grace that Jesus gave to Paul. I've always believed we are forgiven of our sins past, present and future by the finished work of the cross.
His grace is not to be taken for granted. I hate being weak to sin. I'm not a good example of a Christian, nor do I pretend to be. Just weak to the sins that have power over me. I wish I could make them disappear.
All our past present and future sins we're all paid for on the cross. Jesus died for our sins before we were ever born. We are saved from the penalty of sin when we trust in Christ alone. Saved believers confess their sins to stay in fellowship with the Lord. Not to get saved or stay saved but to stay in fellowship. Once we are saved we are kept saved by his power. We cannot ever lose our salvation

Hi brother Tiff, It is clear that, Jesus was referring to those people who had no relationship with Him and not to His chosen ones! My sheep hear my voice, and I know them ( not I know them not), and they follow me. And I give them ETERNAL LIFE, and they shall NEVER perish. If we had to fear losing salvation every time we sinned, none of us would remain saved.

You are sharing the tulip doctrine which is the complete opposite of the Bible. Brother tiff and now your sister in Christ is warning you. Do not practice sin, repent means to turn away from sin, not a quick sorry to God. If we practice sin, Romans 1:28 is what happens. God will turn away from us eventually. I can not watch certain preachers on TV. They only want money. They say give them money and you will be blessed. I have news for them. I don't have to fatten their wallets in order to get a healing or to be blessed. There's one that when he gets angry, he looks like the devil himself. It's very scary looking. You probably know who I'm talking about. His initials are K.C. Be very careful who you watch. They are wolves in sheep's clothing. I pray for their congregation. I want to thank you Pastor Tiff. I only discovered your channel today and already you have given me answers to some of my greatest struggles as a Christian man. I gave my life to Our Lord Jesus properly when I was just 9 years old which I feel very blessed for and am now 51 years old, but also It can feel like a curse at times due to this very teaching you are teaching. Although I hate to and do not want to sin, It seems like an impossible task not to even though I dont want to. It is a conundrum that is difficult to understand but I know that God loves me and I have felt his love in incredible ways, so deep down I know that he forgives me over and over but only because of the great conviction I feel after realising I have sinned. It feels so awful to know I have displeased God but through faith and now you pointing out his word to me in the bible, I feel some relief. God bless you Pastor Tiff and thank you. What I love about 1 John 1: 6--10, it shows that Christians will sometimes miss the mark. We shouldn't willfully sin. We are not sinless, but we should be sinning less (we do not practice sin) as we grow in grace and in the knowledge of the Lord Jesus. The Holy Spirit, who is greater than our conscience, will let us know when we have sinned, and will point us to repentance. But when we do sin, we should remember that Jesus is faithful to forgive us of our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Notice, John is speaking to those who are believers...those in the Body of Christ. And after repenting, we should ask the Holy Spirit to help us to overcome that specific sin, and trust Him to help us to past that test.

LET'S US KNOW THAT JESUS DIED FOR ALL SIN ONE TIME.
AND HE SAID IT IS FINISHED MEANING GOD WAS SATISFIED WITH THE ONETIME SACRIFICE INCLUDING FUTURE SINS.
OTHERWISE CHRIST HAS TO DIE OVER AND OVER AND SCRIPTURE DOESN'T SUPPORT THAT.
@@jaypatterson8117 how in the world can you be so ignorant? Jesus said it is finished because His death and resurrection was the final sacrifice for our sins. That's it. It doesn't say He paid for our future sins. He's the mediator and the high priest. Why do you think the temple veil was torn in half when he died? It was because earthly priests and sacrifices were no longer needed or acceptable to God. Once we're born again He cleanses our sins, and gives us the Holy Spirit that convicts us when we stumble and mess up. So we do have to confess our sin, and pray because we certainly can't abuse His grace. Paul said "should we keep sinning even when His grace abounds? God forbid!" Romans 6:1-2.
How you gonna read the same chapter and pretend those 2 verses don't mean anything?

Brother, I thank the Lord for bringing this video to me, I confess to you that I have come to the Lord in 1976 I ended up in New York city and something happened and in less then 6 months I went back to my old self sinning all the way to 2 evenings ago repeating the one sin that has a choking hold on me. This video is a huge wake up call , will you pray for me please my name is Claude. may be some comfort in that the Lord did not kill me all these years .

Thank you very much! I believe all you say. I have thaught same way earlier but if I say it shortly: Jesus died on the cross and saved us but we have to give Him our whole life. When we are saved and His own we are forgiven and all our sins are washed away and forgotten by God. After that we have to ask forgiveness to all sins we do one by one. Jesus died also because of them but our thing is to pray and ask God to forgive us because Jesus died just to release us so we can be clean in God's eyes. It is good to thank Jesus that He took our punishment. I hope you understand my writing and thaught about this. My homelanguage is Finnish and I didn't use Google translation.
I should be dead more than 40 years ago as I had committed my first and second sexual sins yet I did not discern of my sins all the time and I was not blessed in whatever things I do I failed in my life.

I am saved by the Blood of the Lamb, but i can't say i don't sin. For the word of God says to him who says they do not sin, he is a lier and the truth is not in high. For every Christian who knows to do good and doeth it not, to him it is sin. I want to do good, but sometimes it is hard to do good. Therefore, i have to repent for my unrighteousness.

Hello friend, if you have believed the gospel. Death burial and resurrection. That the Lord Jesus Christ paid in full your sin debt on the cross, all sins past present and future. And trust in him alone to save you. You are then saved forever. You may never feel anything after being saved because it's all by faith. Trust in him alone and rest in him
Where then is the assurance of salvation if it depends on my confession of every sin. Does it mean if one forgets to confess only a single sin ,he is lost and goes to hell. Is the burden of salvation on ourselves or on Jesus Christ. Is righteousness a result of what l do or my faith in Christ who was made sin that we may become the righteousness of God.. Kindly too listen to Andrew Womack series on the same and may the Holy spirit helps us know we are under the grace of God in the new covenant and his grace enables us to live right but our living right is not the requirement for our salvation or our righteousness standing with God

I struggle with the Bible. Some parts say believe and he loves me, but as you read some parts says be perfect. Which is impossible. Which is it? The more I pray and read, I question salvation. I’m not a Bible scholar! Why does the Bible sound contradictory? Please help me! The more I read and pray, the more Satan comes at me and I find myself angry and wondering what is the point?
study the seven church epistles, the rest of the bible is for are learning. The epistles proclaim. GODS grace and is written to us .Revelation is written to servants , were the body of Christ your bore again thats grace you cant lose it . this is what the seven church epistles teach us. AMEN

@andreablume2589 / The Bible says “drunkards” will not enter the kingdom of heaven. If you repent of your past sins, then the goal is to sin no more once confessing that sin. The point is through confessing and having the Lord make you new, that the Holy Spirit will aide in avoiding future failures. I love alcohol, but stopped cold turkey. When I read this (below), it scared me enough to not even want to have one drink. And so far, I haven’t even touched it 😱

Either:
Jesus death erased our sin
or
We continue in the Old Testament of laws.
The Scripture (KJV) says Jesus erased ALL sin. John 3:16 says it all. "...whomsoever believes on His name will have everlasting life."
Jesus came to FULFILL the law.
We (ALL of us including yourself) will sin in our flesh until we die. Our souls are protected by the Holy Spirit and will be given a new body when we die.
We will never "repent" of sin. We ALL have a sin that stays with our flesh and will continue to show itself.
We are gentiles and our "rules" are laid out in Romans through Philemon.
The Bible was written TO THE JEWS. It is for ALL of us to read but the gentiles are taught by the aforementioned books.
If we must do works then Ep 2:8-10 is a contradiction to ETERNAL LIFE.

There is no forgiveness of sin without the shedding of blood. If you don’t receive His shed blood by faith, there is no other sacrifice for your sin.
“I’m sorry, please forgive me”, is NOT a propitiation for sin.

If u are in Christ.. that means u are in the love of Christ.. andddd during passover in the old testament.. the blood covered their doorways and who ever had the blood over their door frame was spared from the plagues God sent out to Egypt
I realized that I'm a terrible sinner.. and i can't be saved unless God's grace saves me.. all these ppl that say their perfect still needs Gods grace.. and the gospel literally says he who believes will have ever lasting life.. and many many verses say believe and you are saved.. the bible even says saved and sealed until the day of redemption.. it even talks about being predestined to be saved .. as long as you still feel convicted of your sins when you do bad than God is still with you.. if you don't feel bad then thats another issue
