Easy Beetroot Potato Gravy

  • Hi everyone,
    In this video, I have shared my quick time meal recipe which is easy to make and healthy to eat.
    Ingredients:
    Oil- 3tbsp
    Cumin seeds- 1tsp
    Red chilly- 2
    Onions-3 chopped
    Tomatoes-2 Chopped
    Garlic- 5 to 6 crushed
    Potatoes- 2 Diced in cubes
    Green peas- 1 cup
    Beetroot- 2 Diced in cubes
    Turmeric powder-1 tsp
    Salt- as per taste
    Maggie magic masala- 1 tsp
    chicken masala- 1.5 tsp
    Water- 2 cup
    Procedure:
    1.Take a Pressure cooker and heat it
    2.Pour 2 tbsp of oil to it
    3.Add Cumin seeds and red chilly fry them for a minute then add the chopped onion
    saute it,when onion comes to transculent
    add the crushed garlic and fry it for a minute.
    4.Later on add chopped tomatoes and cook it well,add all the vegetables
    fry it well,add Salt, turmeric powder,Maggie magic masala,chicken masala and fry the veggies for 5 mins in a medium flame.
    5.pour 2 cups of water and pressure cook it for 3 to 4 whistles
    cool the pressure cooker lid and smash the veggies lil for thick gravy and it's ready to serve.
