If your reactor is not having uniform mixing and you need more than the existing, that you can arrange a baffle plate. For ex. You check your wet grinder at your home. There also there is a baffle plate to send the mixture for grinding. But you have to consider that your load on your motor is higher if you arrange a baffle plate.
