There are a lot of Fusion360 tutorials (this is what I used). How to print it? This is another separate topic. But main steps are: download the STL files. Import them into Slicer software (Cura or PrusaSlicer for example, they are free). Slice it (this will result G-code). Copy g-code to sd card, and insert it into 3D printer. Print..

A real Rubik's cube would have had one of its eight corner pieces as a single piece with the center sphere unlike how your design works, Possibly. Edit: never mind. I thought your design did not have one of the corner pieces as part of the sphere in the middle but that's exactly how it's designed, my mistake.
Действительно, надо закрепить ядро к одному из углов. Если этого не сделать, ядро может прокрутиться вокруг себя, и некоторые движения станут невозможными до того, как ядро не встанет на своё место.
