Its called stance dancing, and you do it to optimize your dps, cause in berserker stance you do 10% more dmg, but sometimes you have to go Battle stance for attacks like overpower cause some attacks are stance locked.

@HsWarriors1, they were banned, 2, they didn't upload the video right after they did the kill, uploaded it after about 1 1/2 weeks after killing him.
