This is the biggest issue nowadays some parents don't want there children's to do what they want, because they think whether he/she gonna be successful in this but they don't think that everyone has their dreams and aims in life!!! Only earning money should not be the goal of someone's life there is more than that thing!!! No one can buy that happiness in this world when it comes when u achieve or do something for which you always dreamt of!
There is no fault of parents in this cuz the same thing was happened with them also, maybe they were not that much Frank to their parents that they can share their dreams with them or the situation might be that they never dreamt of anything bcz of the limited thinking or something!
But yessss!!! We have a dream, n that's our biggest power...we have to be set ourselves as an example that yesss he/she had a dream there were no one with him/her but he/she has a dream n aim to achieve it! And that's enough ☺️
We will surely face many difficulties while achieving it.. and it will be double cuz we don't have support system but u have to never and ever think that u have no one untill u have you with urself (ur biggest motivator and best frnd of your life)

It's really a thought provoking story but will the parents understand? I have shown many such stories and movies to them but none of them worked. They just repeatedly say, "what we are doing and asking you to do is because we want to secure your future. We want to see you happy in future. We are more experienced than you. And we love you". And after that I become speechless...wanting to speak many things to them but could not.
