उस जमाने में यह गाना अति-कामुक माना गया था - जिसे कोई गायिका गाना नहीं चाहती थी ! केवल आशा भोसले यह गाना गाने के लिए तैयार थी - जिसके उन्होंने पांच गुना ज्यादा फीस ली थी ...! ईस गानेकी एक और खासियत - मोहम्मद रफीने आखरी लाईन बहुत अलग अंदाजमें गाई थी ..! गौर से सुनियेगा ....

Excellent performance... Very difficult song to performed on stage without any re take. Original song was performed by great Rafisab without any take and practice. For female voice Lata Mangeskar and Suman Kalyanpur has refused to sing such a difficult sing. Only Ashaji has confirmed to sing this song perfectly with condition to charge five time more fees than Lataji. Shami Kapoor convinced producer to give fees by deducting extra mony from his fees.... Music director R.D.Barman has given Rs.
100 cash prize to Ashaji.... This way this beautiful song prepare....
Shankar Jaikishan not RD Burman. All this talk about Rs 100 is irrelevant. Both are great singers in their own ways. But Rafi Saab is the best of all!

वाक़ई यह गाना,इनसे बेहतर शायद ही कोई गा सके।अपने ज़माने के दो धुरंधर गायक,रफ़ी साहब और आशा भोंसले।यह सच है कि आशा भोंसले ने इस गाने की फ़ीस पांच गुना ली थी,क्योंकि सभी गायिकाओं ने इसे अश्लील मानते हुए गाने से इंकार कर दिया था।मगर रफ़ी साहब तो पैसों के मामले में कभी कुछ बोलते ही नहीं थे,उन्होंने तो जितेन्द्र की एक फ़िल्म के लिए दिये गये पैसे यह कहकर लौटा दिये थे कि मैं ज़्यादा पैसे नहीं ले सकता। उनके जैसा गायक, फ़रिश्ते की माफ़िक दिल वाला,अब कभी दोबारा पैदा नहीं होगा।मैं इन दोनों कलाकारों को तहेदिल से शुक्रिया देना चाहूंगा,जिन्होंने गाने के साथ पूरा न्याय किया है।🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹❤❤❤❤❤
