You could use your 3D printed templates to mass produce props for people. Anywho, id still like to see a keyblade casted. Or really anything you cast. I love the vids, keep it up dude :)

When you're printing your masters, why do you not include registration keys/pins to put the halves together? Wouldn't you get a cleaner edge without the thickness of the glue between the two halves and you'd be able to reuse the pattern if you wanted to. Just curious.
