If you're working in IT and lets say your package is 12LPA instead of investing 5-10k you learn more advance stuff which is required for your job you can switch your company or ask for a raise, my cousin did this, he's always learning something and doing something, even after he comes from 10 hours of job after a break he gives Daily 2-3 hours to learning, the current job he has and the formal education he has have no connection at all, now he have 18 lpa work from home job, his work is in pune and he lives outside in moderately good city where living is not as expensive as a metro city, since he have his own home he could buy his own flat in pune, bought car renovated his old house sent his mother and father to 4 dham yatra and a long Kerala vacation. Since he have his own house now in good condition its easier for him to get marry cause he have house in pune to, and main thing he was able to give a vacation to his parents, i don't think tha excel sheet understand this feeling

bhai 1st crore pe jaane ke liye aapko chahiye 20 saal, lekin agle 20 saal me wo 1 cr , 40 se 50 cr banega ,inflation milake aapko 7 to 8 cr aapke pass honge .and this much is enough for retirement fund! 1st cr will take long time but from 1 to 30, 40 cr reach karne me bohot waqt nahi lagega . this is power of compounding . and even if you save that 10k investment per month which is 1 lakh 20k per year and for 40 yrs it is close to 50 lakh. you cant buy properties or flats in hot spot areas for 50 L. Hot spot areas me plot lene ke liye atleast you need to have 2 to 3 cr in bangalore. and if you take in normal areas then you can get it for 50 L . But there your money will grow by 7 to 8 percent . which is nothing bcz inflation is only 6 percent. its better to invest in mutual funds where it will give atleast 12 to 15 percent returns . If I were in my 20s, I might have agreed with his perspective. However, reflecting on my younger self, I realize how naive I was-just as I now see this presenter as naive and lacking depth.

If you're working in IT and lets say your package is 12LPA instead of investing 5-10k you learn more advance stuff which is required for your job you can switch your company or ask for a raise, my cousin did this, he's always learning something and doing something, even after he comes from 10 hours of job after a break he gives Daily 2-3 hours to learning, the current job he has and the formal education he has have no connection at all, now he have 18 lpa work from home job, his work is in pune and he lives outside in moderately good city where living is not as expensive as a metro city, since he have his own home he could buy his own flat in pune, bought car renovated his old house sent his mother and father to 4 dham yatra and a long Kerala vacation. Since he have his own house now in good condition its easier for him to get marry cause he have house in pune to, and main thing he was able to give a vacation to his parents, i don't think tha excel sheet understand this feeling

1. Ankur mentions inflation adjusted value in his excel sheet calculations
2. He has always stressed that the highest returns one can get is by investing on themselves first
3. He is not a financial advisor but a financial educator. And he talks about investing, not trading.
4. He has always said to first make an emergency fund, get medical and term insurance and then invest money. He doesnt teach to put your money in the market first without protecting yourself.

1. Do start investing early. Ab ye video dekh ke iski bhi baat me mat aa jana.. Early investing is a real thing. Compounding is a real thing same like Inflation is a real thing.
2. By investing no one is pushing you to invest 100% of your in-hand cash after deducting all your expenses. Say if you have 10k saving per month, do invest on your learnings and experience by 5-6k but ensure you invest atleast 3-4k in investments.
3. Jo bar bar same baat boli he iss video me bhi ki 20-30 years baad 2 cr ki kya hi value bachi hogi, then imagine ki apne investment kar ke utna bhi corpus create nhi kiya and you have just 50 Lakhs as savings. No imagine 20-30 years baad uss 50 L ki kya value hogi jab 2 cr kuch nhi he uss time.
4. We are in our 30s, warikoo is in his 40s, your parents must be in 40-50s, and everyone will ask you to invest, so no point in getting triggered and questioning everything.. Take benefit of their life experiences. Kuch to reason and reality hogi ki sab yhi samjate he.
5. Khud pe paisa lagao, personal growth pe lagao etc. sabko pata he koi 100% khud pe kharch nhi karta he, most of you all will spend on materialistic things to look cool amongst your friends. Do that, but invest also.
6. Investment start to karoge tum aaj nhi to kal.. abhi ye sab videos shayad khushi de de, but shayad 30s me jake but you will invest. Mark this. So better take baby steps now only. Compunding works magic on 2 parameters Amount and Time duration. Just for example 10k per month sip starting at age 30 will give you around 12k returns yearly, but same sip done for 10 years will be giving you 2 lakhs returns yearly. Both amount are not adjusted for inflation. Select you want inflation adjusted returns on 12k or 2 lakhs.
